Luisa was extremely helpful and informative! She answered every question I had and gave me all the tips she possibly could! We got together and focused on my financial future and picked out the most important things I should focus on. It was great experience and I will return! She was extremely welcoming, knowing I had some discomforts with this being my first Bank experience.She even went the extra mile to go through my credit with me. In doing that, she gave me a clear path to success and a very helpful path toward a better score! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome to my meeting with her!Everyone was super welcoming including Kabriel, Nathan, Arlett, and Chris!!! I will definitely recommend this location to anyone I know!

My first time to open an account. Ms Luisa assisted me and explain very clearly each of different kind of account such as savings with checking acct etc… She was very helpful in every way she could and very accomodating!!! Keep it up Ms Luisa May Patton.

This branch is nice. They always have appointments within a day or 2, if not the same day. Arlett is very professional and knowledgeable. Really great at her job. She can handle private, personal and business banking. Really good go-to girl all around.

You guys need to fire your security firm. Intercon security supervisor within a firearm was asleep in their patrol vehicle yesterday in the parking lot. Very unprofessional

These people are awful. They will not help you, no matter how long you have had an account here, no matter how upset you are. I had a debit card that I forgot the pin code for and needed cash. My other debit card was compromised and I'm still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. These people did not even offer to look at my ID and card to give me cash. They said if I didn't know my pin, I couldn't access MY MONEY! THIS IS A LIE. Every other branch of this bank will look at your ID and debit card and send you a code on your phone to give you access to cash. Then I called and they were SO RUDE, hung up on me when I asked about the policy. Makes me want to close my account and never look back. I have been with bank of America for 14 years and I have never been treated so poorly in any other branch. Shame shame shame on you all.

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding the level of customer service I encountered. It seemed that there was a lack of enthusiasm from some employees, which made it challenging to have my concerns regarding my hard-earned money addressed. Perhaps it would be beneficial for those who struggle with maintaining a positive attitude and patience to seek employment in an environment that aligns with their disposition.

This place... How would I actually describe it? It's a bank! You go there and do what you need there. Plain and simple. Why are you reading this review instead of checking the questions for that answer your looking for?I mean, the people are nice and tell you what you need to know. They're like any other bank, 9am to 5pm. You need an ID card to cash your check. No, they don't allow for third party members to cash that check for you.

Very poor customer service came in here with a check waited over 30 minutes of wasting my time I let the clerk know that I'm not in the mood for chit-chatting and she's just wasting more of my time because she knows I'm frustrated and I'm not trying the small talk. I told her I'm just trying to get my money and go. with attitude because she wants a small talk. Worst place to bank or even have to visit

Horrible customer service. Couldn’t cash a payroll check from a major, well known corporation here even though I have an account with BOA and have had no problem cashing checks at other branches.

Well when you enter the parking lot on 7th. At 06:50 you will see behind the sign saying ATM drive thru there is a sprinkler line that is cut in three different places
