Called on a Friday morning based on Yelp reviews. Replacing a State Farm set of policies due to numerous billing issues. Gave all requested information about two vehicles and a renters policy. Was told they would get back to me late Friday or Monday at the latest. Now mid Tuesday and still no quote, call or email. Can only imagine how the service would be if I had a claim. Working with a new Agent at a different agency.

l LOVED LOVED THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MY ACCOUNT REP, TRINA TISDALE. I called several Independent Insurance Brokers in the Reno area and she was by far the best response and worked really diligently and intelligently to broker excellent coverage. At the end of the day, that is what separates the Independent Brokers from the large companies such as State Farm, Geico, etc. so if the response from and independent rep is lukewarm, I move on. She is solid.
