Extremely helpful staff. I did have a issue with a rental car that wouldn't start. Calling for roadside assistance was a nightmare. Trying to reach someone in the United States to discuss what occurred was impossible. My issue was with roadside assistance, not the local staff.

I’ve rented a vehicle from this particular location and the same staff for many occasions and I’ve always had a very positive experience with this location. They are very accommodating and are willing to give an upgrade at a reasonable price if the vehicle I’ve rented does not meet my needs.
