EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR - LALO FOR THE WIN! We were on our way to Burning Man for our wedding, and the left turn signal/break light on our rented trailer went out.. we were panicking knowing we had to get it fixed before we could drive any further with only an hour before AutoZone closes, and Lalo came out and helped us fix it with INCREDIBLE expertise and customer service.. turning to the owners manual to find a blown fuse under the hood and a back up replacement, getting it fixed in 10 min flat. We NEVER would have known to do that. Didn’t ask for anything.. and helped another couple heading to Burning Man with a similar problem the night before, so this guy is saving Burns!! We are SO GRATEFUL.. a MILLION stars!!!

I bought auto parts there and was told that they will help you with your car. All I needed was to get the bolts off my taillight. And the gentleman there literally turned it 3 times and gave up. Next time I will go to a mom & pops store these chain stores are ridiculous. I will never buy anything again from here. Poorest service that I've ever had!!!
