They also have a area inside and out for you to relax and wait while they change you tires. I highly recommend coming here, you will be glad you did. “I went to the Toyota website to find a list of services needed for 50,000 miles on my Tacoma. It was an extensive list of checks that they recommend. I took the list into Arrow and was told everything on the list is already done as part of their oil change. They completed the oil change and they gave me a complete print-out, with pictures, of everything they checked during that service. Everything had been checked and I was very pleased.
I have used Arrow for years and trust them completely. I continue to be pleased with the services I receive there and won't go anywhere else.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience. Kimberly was AMAZING. I told her what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. She made it happen and we basically did the entire deal via texting. I walked in and looked around, no one jumped on me to buy anything. I met Kimberly and she took me to the car (which had a giant red bow on it), showed me the paperwork and walked me upstairs for a lovely latte while we waited for finance so I could sign the paperwork. “The Jiffy Lube on N McCarran was great. They got me in right away and the price was decent considering I have a foreign car. I also had an online coupon, they scanned the QR code and applied it to my final total. They were also pretty fast, but I took a star away because they could not reset my "service light" and there's no windows sticker to tell me when to come back, and no paper to tell me if they checked the items included in an oil change with Jiffy Lube, ( per the website. Over a good experience and I will return to the store when I'm due .”

And when trouble happened getting the part replaced (meaning it was going to take longer) they didn’t charge us extra for the labor! We’re making this our go-to auto shop”

“Another mechanic told me I needed at least $4,000 in repairs to simply be able to align my car. Doran took a look at my car and fixed a simple issue in about twenty minutes, saving me thousands of dollars. Furthermore, he happened to have tires on hand to replace my current expired ones, which revealed that my old ones were filled with water. Without his and his sons work, my car would still rattle on the highway and be difficult to control. Overall, paid only $400 for the tire replacement. I would have had to pay over 10x that if I didn't bring my car to Doran's just to have some repairs done and do an alignment, and even then the problem may not have been fixed due to the water in the tires.”
