They are understaffed. Everything feels rushed once they do get to you but before that the wait times are long. Went in there for mobile app authentication and was told to “come back tomorrow on my lunch.” Two stars because the parts/service department were kind and quick.

Shout out to JT, our salesman, and the whole team at Audi Reno Tahoe! We bought a new Q4 e-tron on a holiday and the whole process was amazingly smooth! JT was super patient with me while I made sure the Q4 was the one I wanted by trying a couple other vehicles. He walked us through every step of the process and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for the red tape. It was an awesome experience that we would absolutely repeat when the time comes! Thank you JT & Audi Reno Tahoe!

DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I brought my 2015 A8 in for a recall and they made a mistake in the repair and I have a check engine light associated with the "repair". The mechanic did not do the complete repair by neglecting to reset fuel intake flaps. They now want 10k to fix their mistake and my car is no where near the same car I brought in. I took it to two local certified Audi mechanics and they both said that the dealer made a mistake. Hanna from the dealership agreed that they made the error and would fix it for free. However, Colton and Ashley, service managers, both lied to me and said they would not honor what Hanna said. On top of that, Ashley said I needed new plugs and a cabin filter at a cost of almost $1000.00. Both were replaced a few months back and they lied to pad the bill. Randee, the manager, will refuse your call as well if you have a question about the people she hires and promises made by her employees. All the stories about the dealerships stealing money from you are done at a professional level at this dealership. It is a shame that their workmanship is not done at a professional level. A car I once loved is now a 4000 pound paper weight thanks to these liars. If you love your Audi, take it to a local Audi mechanic and not the "stealership" .

Let me start by saying, this is my second Audi (both from same dealership/saleman). He was 10/10 on communication, taking care of everything, making sure everything was as expected.
0/5 stars for service. I took my vehicle just after the 10k light came on for service and the vehicle starting having electronic problems. The repair person told me nothing was wrong and that I was the problem. Sensors turn off while driving, cameras start flashing, half the cameras stop working, my preset settings disappear every few days. He also insisted I did not buy the vehicle at dealership. I left and had to come back for my recall to be completed because they ordered a part for my old car instead of this one. The electronic problems have continued and gotten worse. I’ve taken my car in for more recalls. To this day, I have never driven my vehicle without the recall light on since the day I bought it (they told me it would turn off and never has, even after they worked on it).
Today I stopped by again because for months my car won’t connect to my phone in any capacity. It also no longer will show any account with Audi on my phone. Though there was a nice guy who attempted to help, he had no answers or way to help me except to say this shouldn’t be happening and doesn’t know how to make the car work like it should be.
Very disappointing with Audi and their inability to stand behind the quality of their vehicles.

This is my second purchase from Audi Reno. The customer service from the start to finish was top tier! Once the vehicle was delivered, the process was super quick and professional. I want to send a special thank you to RanDee, Landon and Bernard for helping me find the exact vehicle I wanted! We will be back in the future for another purchase!

I must say that with the horrible hack that took down so many dealers recently, i was upset my car was stuck! This was due to bad actors named "black suit" ransom ware criminals. They are from the bowels of eastern Europe I hate this crime we have to all deal with. This matters to me as I think we all need to step up our protection from this sort of malfeasance. That said, Reno Audi stepped up more than any other dealership i have ever experienced. They followed through with Audi corp to help me get my failure cured properly during this outage crisis and updated me consistently and worked with Audi Corp in Germany to give me extra unexpected warranty help! Thank you to Audi and Reno Audi Tahoe! I have serious health issues and this sort of corp altruism is rare. I strongly recommend this dealership for sales and support. They went the extra mile for me and i am very grateful. On a side note my car runs perfect so they nailed the diagnostics and repair. Car was clean and runs like a new model! Thank you to the team at Reno Tahoe Audi. I fully recommend them.

I had been looking for a lower mileage used Audi Q7 with adaptive cruise control and a towing package for months. I finally found one at Audi Reno that fit my needs. I called in and got transferred to JT. He was very professional and personable walking me through the buying process seamlessly. I was buying from out of the area and ended up bringing my family to the dealership. Everyone at Audi Reno was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. When it was discovered that a wiring harness for the towing package needed to be installed JT quickly went to his service department and took care of the issue. The signing process was fast and painless as was trading in our current vehicle. My kids loved the snacks and Netflix available in the client lounge and we got a gorgeous car that fit our needs perfectly. We couldn't have had a better experience and would recommend highly!!!

I went in for a 20k service on my Etron GT. Angel was my service advisor. Although there were some slight setbacks during the process, he was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed. They treated me with respect and the whole experience was exceptional!
