“This is going to be a short review. Friendly branch. Needed a notary, made an appointment. Agent a few minutes late, but nothing significant. Got the job done, and all was well. Out of there in less than half an hour. These days, you need to remember to call to make an appointment for almost anything. Last year I walked into a BOA branch in AZ to create a Estate account for my deceased brother --- sorry, you need an appointment. Got one for about an hour later .. went to lunch and came back. So if you're not going directly to a teller for cash/deposit/safe deposit transactions ... Make An Appointment!!! Saves frustration.”

“11.30.23: Wells Fargo for the win! I realized I ran out of checks when sitting down to pay some bills. I headed over to my local branch, where the teller told me about temporary checks versus the cashier's check I planned to get. To be honest I felt a bit ignorant not knowing about temporary checks. The teller was really friendly and helpful and guided me through the simple process. I was able to print out 3 temporary checks for $3 bucks. Definitely worth it for the bind that I was in!”

“I'm not happy at all with my bank branch, but the Kietzke branch and Frances really give outstanding service. I mainly bank at US Bank due to the super convenient online banking application, I couldn't get along without it. I'd like to also mention the great service from Eric Hudson in the Wealth Management Department, he has helped me out on numerous occasions.”

“I go here for one reason only. And i hate that im letting people in on my secret cause it means they might be sold out more. They sell DairyGold milk. The old fashioned chocolate is creamy n thick. Qnd their whole milk is awesome too. Their expiration dates are further put than most brands. I just think it is a superior product.”

“Just speaking on the ATMs at this location. Either you love Wells Fargo or you don't, that's a complete different subject that I'm not here to debate. I will say I have been a customer for almost 30 years. And of all these years, it's only been a handful of times where the ATM was unavailable for cash or to make a deposit. Annoying? Yes, but I just use the other ATM. There's one walk-up ATM and two drive-thru ATMs. All three ATMs are updated. There's handicapped parking and a handicapped accessible entrance.”

“You ever go to your favorite restaurant/store/bank and only wanted to see one person and willing to until he/she is available? Because you know that person will handle the situation and your order will be correct. That's Alan for me. Any issue I have ever had, he has gone above and beyond to resolve the issue. Instead, it is in person, by phone, or by email he has always taken care of me. As well as, a follow-up call or email to make sure I have no other questions. Sadly service like this is rare nowadays, so when it happens, it is much appreciated.”

“My favorite place just got better. Taco Tuesdays is a new tradition that I highly recommend. I just stopped for my morning coffee and saw that Me Mu had breakfast tacos. I bought two steak tacos, steak and egg, a sausage and egg taco and a bacon and a taco. They are really large and only cost a dollar. And the condiment bars amazing and fresh.”

“This is typically my go to bank. Staff are friendly, staffing is not as bad as bank of America or chase bank but still appears understaffed. Otherwise pleasant visits from the time I enter, get assisted and exit the building it's usually a 7 minute or less visit. During today's visit I was helped by Arturo a very kind young man, and a people person.”
