Do not attempt to go to the oyster bar on Christmas! My husband and 2 kids decided to go to the Oyster Bar for Christmas dinner. Since my kids for not like seafood, we requested a menu for the Purple Parrot. This is something we do almost weekly, with no issues. (We are locals) The wait was an hour, which was expected. After our names were called the manager David threw a fit telling us we need more than one person eating the all you can eat sushi to eat there! Again, we are locals and gave never bad any issues eating here before. After we got upset for having to be told this after wiring an hour, with 3 young kids, he finally decided to seat us. It took 20 minutes for us to be greeted, another 10 to get water and then another 50 mins to get our food. After one bite of my food from the Purple Parrot, I noticed my food was still RAW. I ordered a cheeseburger, not hard to mess up. I did not even bother to ask for a replacement as it would take too long to revieve. While my son was trying to enjoy his meal, the other Manger decided to walk behind my son, pushing his chair out of the way to get behind him. No "excuse me", she just pushed. They were completely slow, lacked any customer service of any kind and worse, no respect for their patrons. We will never go back again, which is sad. I want others to be warned before they decide to go here and spend over $100 in hopes of receiving good service.

Went here to eat at Toucan Charlie's buffet and had to kill a bunch of time cuz they close between lunch and dinner. This seemed to be your typical high rise casino/hotel. Free valet parking was a nice touch. Strong smell of cigarette smoke. Food was just OK at buffet and not worth the wait, but I'm glad we tried it. Service was good throughout.

Atlantis Hotel I think is a great hotel. I don’t think it’s too kid friendly, definitely adult friendly. Somewhat upscale. The people are somewhat friendly. The location good near freeway, but my ideal location of a hotel is to have activities nearby and of course a Starbucks outside of the hotel (that’s just me)They do have a PF Chang and Olive Garden nearby along with some fast food places. Our room was clean when we returned. Soft beds. Fast service when need help with our remote. They don’t let you win :( money. They have a buffet place, top floor restaurant, cafes, small market, & boutique and arcades for kids. Tesla charging plenty of parking. Overall it’s a nice hotel. I recommend but not for families.

We reserved a room so we could stay the night after my husband's company's holiday party. The rooms were okay. they're in the middle of remodeling so it was kind of unsettling when we first walked onto our floor and you see no ceiling panels above you and paper covering the doors and but once we realized what was going on obviously it made sense. But we weren't informed of all of that at check-in. I noticed a little letter sitting on the entertainment center by the TV that says we might hear noise because of remodeling. I just think it would have been better to be on a different floor. The party was in a very nice banquet room and the food was amazing.

Alex in the spa is awesome. She helped me purchase a gift certificate and was super friendly. It's nice, in today's world, to be treated like a personEverything seems to be transaction focused and less attention to human interaction. Today's experience was a pleasant break from that.

Very nice place. Probably the nicest of all the Reno area casinos. The purple parrot was a nice 24 hour place as well. I just wish the casinos had a self service soda and coffee station like the ones in Oklahoma and Louisiana do. It would greatly improve the customer experience in my opinion...

We did not book at this hotel, but we did enjoy the all you can eat sushi for lunch 2 times. I had a pleasant time at the card tables with Masha and Toby; both dealers took the time to help me learn a thing or two and were very interactive and humorous.

The absolute BEST!!! Spent 3 days and loved all the restaurants and casino games. Huge variety! Loved the people from cafe servers to valet personnel and hotel staff. Steakhouse was fabulous, just amazing! It truly is a casino spa resort. We didn't feel the need to go any place else except Lake Tahoe.

When we drove into Reno, this was the first casino I saw, and I knew I had to stay there. I loved the colors, I loved that it was off the beaten path. Come to find out later from some locals, they serve happy hour daily, and apparently have the best steaks as well as the best deli sandwich shop, and some kind of sweets which are also, yeah, the best! I did participate in happy hour- the calamari was good, the pork sliders ok, but the Mexican corn Flatbread? Delish! I really liked it there. The old school vibe was super ?

Valet will not park your truck if you have anything in the back, even if you explain that you just were hauling away some stuff for your parents and that it is garbage you don't care if anyone takes it. Not even if you were to sign something releasing thm from liability if that stuff were taken. We were only there for the night, so we said whatever and didn't opt for a second like we had planned. We were in the middle of our road trip to Oregon and back to New Mexico. The room was nice. We had a 1 bedroom with a hot tub. It came with a cheap free breakfast, which 3 people hit my husband up about asking him, "Do you belong in here? What is your room number? It would not have bothered me, but they only asked one other person the whole time we were there. Another man with a beard. You the funny thing is my husband tips everyone, and he tips more than most. It's like $20 every time he needs something out of the truck. Which can be quite a few times thanks to my daughter and I.

We always come here for the food! We love the Manhattan Deli. Matzo ball soup, blintzes and burgers are delicious. The whole family, even the kids enjoy it. The robot waiter is fun to watch, too!

I have the best time gambling here at Atlantis. Video poker treated me well as did slots. Definitely hit the all you can eat sushi for 50 bucks at the Sky Terrace.

We were in the arcade area and it was so fun. All the staff were amazing specially Kevin and Jorge. They are such hard workers and took great care of us in the arcade and food areas. I definitely recommend this for some family fun. BTW the ice cream is delicious and inexpensive!Food & drinks: Good and drinks are very good. Double Cheeseburger is huge and with a combo meal you receive a $10 game card. Amazing!

The mother's day buffet was amazing. A wide variety of well prepared and presented foods, including duck, lamb, beef Wellington and so much more. My only complaint is that the girl on the reservation line gave me the wrong price and we paid over $20 per person more than we budgeted based on the cost we were given. Well worth the price, but it would have been nice to know the actual cost going in.

We last dined in for Mother's day brunch in the grand ballroom. Let me just say I love the Atlantis, it has always been my preferred casino for it's spa, buffet and of course my favorite happy hour! I love being able to get away here we mini get a sitter that will take our kids, so we could have a couple's massage. My hubby treated me to not cooking all day and as a busy working mom that was music to my ears! I'll never say no when the hubby says, "I made reservations you don't have to cook". I ate everything I could possibly want to eat from Beef Wellington to shrimp scampi and still managed to save a little room for a few chocolate covered strawberries. It was an impressive brunch spread with bottomless mimosas included. They had a made to order filet, scampi and an omlette station. Of course I started there and then the hubby and I tag teamed a mountain of crab legs. I love variety anywhere we dine because I have a few picky eaters. My only meh moment I encountered was with a slice of gluten free cake. It was dry and I felt like I was eating cardboard or what I imagined that would taste like. I was glad that they had the chocolate fountain, that one never disappoints. Thank you Atlantis I enjoyed my Mother's day with my family. We can never stay away too long.
