Mis-informed, price-gouging, over-priced. We had an initial consult with Tammy and were unimpressed however decided to give it a try. Dropped off just our income side documents and then got a 2d opinion on a couple key issues and decided to cancel further work. They wanted to charge $925 and we hadn't even put in expenses yet, we're just a W-2 and sole proprietor couple so that was extremely high. Normally we pay about $750 every year.There was no breakdown or work product provided, just a return of our documents and a huge bill for unspecified services. We negotiated it down to $750 (50% of the $1500 initial fee estimate) but it left a very bad impression with us. Be careful. We met with a CPA but our work was soon lobbed to a "preparer" who we never met. They claimed it took 4.5 hours of work to put our income into the program - that's over $200 per hour! Beware of the cost, beware of the advice. I kind of wondered why the place wasn't too busy.
