I went to the Toyota website to find a list of services needed for 50,000 miles on my Tacoma. It was an extensive list of checks that they recommend. I took the list into Arrow and was told everything on the list is already done as part of their oil change. They completed the oil change and they gave me a complete print-out, with pictures, of everything they checked during that service. Everything had been checked and I was very pleased.
I have used Arrow for years and trust them completely. I continue to be pleased with the services I receive there and won't go anywhere else.

It was great to work with James at Arrow Automotive! My Nissan Titan needed a transmission rebuild (not unusual for 2018’s). The truck was done on time and it absolutely drives and shifts better than when it was new. Highly recommend Arrow…couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

We arrived out of town on a Monday with a pickup transmission issue while pulling a 30 foot 5th wheel from Weed, California. We read the reviews on line for Arrow that evening. The next morning we contacted them. They were able to squeeze us in and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. They were friendly, professional and very helpful.
If you are in Reno and need a great transmission shop, please consider Arrow. They will treat you right.

I think I found my new maintenance shop! I have had problems getting my services done properly. I was a mechanic for years but I no longer have a garage to work out of. I am so glad to have tried Arrow. My transmission is working so much better now. I didn't realize the transmission was causing the little engine problems I was having. Now the car runs smooth and no hesitations going up the mountain to work. Thanks everyone.

While traveling with a trailer my car developed a coolant leak. Arrow was able to look at it almost immediately and repaired it the next day. Thank you Arrow.

From assessing the problem, to ordering a new transmission and completion of the installation in only a week...James gave us his expert opinion, kept us in the loop and worked to accommodate our tight schedule due to a family matter. Teri was also incredible-both extremely efficient, communicative and delightful...a rarity these days. Thank you to the mechanic(s) who did a top notch job and got us safely back on the road. Not sure I’ll be back. I called for an appointment on 6/21 and couldn’t get in until 8:00am on 7/2. Long story short, it took until 7/4 at about 3:30 to get a price quote. Then they couldn’t order the part until 7/8 (Monday) due to the holiday and that Arrow was closed Friday-Sunday. Had they started the work on 7/2 at 8 my car would have been ready by 7/4 based on how long everything took. That was an additional 6 days of not having my car because it took so long to look up some info. I provided the error code when making the appointment and on the paperwork. The service guy looked up most of the info when I called on the 3rd to get an update.

Got me back on the road! My car’s shifter broke internally and had to be replaced. They found the out of stock part and got my car back in working order.

I experienced exceptional customer service and was impressed with the facilities. It doesn't have the feel of a traditional car repair place.
Their were fresh fliwers in vases on the coubter and they use fresly ground coffee beans for their coffee. The repair of my issue required 2 visits mainly because it was uncertain how long it would take to make the repair. A break in a wire had to be traced. I was informed on the front end what the process would look like and planned accordingly. I appreciated this as well as the ability to schedule my appointment several weeks in advance. I took my car in for the initial visit on July 4th and they were able to identify why I was having the issue but needed more time to find where the break in the line was. I couldn't be without my car multiple days and needed to be able to plan for alternate transportation for when I took my car back. All in all I had agreat experience and would go here for a future repair. When I took my car back it was fixed sooner than expected. I'm a happy customer.

They diagnosed the problem informed me of the problem, parts needed, estimated price and when the job would be completed. Once I approved the repair everything was completed to my satisfaction and at the quoted cost.
