These people are the very best; they saved me over $130 dollars on a simple knob replacement for my stove. After contacting General Electric personally, who priced a simple "knob" at $169.00, I called Appliance Parts and they located the replacement knob for $33.00! They were diligent and patient in looking up the part and helping me on this "small potatoes" item. They treated me like I was the $100 customer! Everyone SO NICE THERE! I am a customer for life.

Home appliance spare parts store. Various brands and also smokers. The best price in town for bags of pellets. It has all the options. The staff who serve are very friendly and attentive. They explain how to install the purchased part or recommend a technician who is their customer.

Decent customer service is hard to come by lately, but Matt provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond helping us troubleshoot the issue with our dryer to ensure we got it fixed without making any unnecessary purchases. Had a broken dryer that was stumping me, I called and a gentleman named Mathew answered and graciously helped me go through a few troubleshooting steps that were outside of my expertises. In no time it was back working and I didn't even have to buy any parts from them I will always use these guys.
