I have twice sent a certified letter (as instructed by them) to the address at: 50 W Liberty St STE 105 Reno, NV 89501 (the address on the website and when I called) to cancel my membership, and twice it has been sent back return to sender. I don't know what is going on, but this place is a scam.

The gym doesn’t exist. The anytime fitness management must have enough sense to mark this closed in google.COMMOM SENSE IS VERY UNCOMMON THESE DAYS

Horrible place. Can’t even use membership there because you have to be a select type of people to be allowed in .

First off, Jake has an amazing attitude towards people with disabilities. He listened to my long story first, then guided me through some very painful (at first) excercizes. Then he showed me how to improved my standing up out of my chair, to strengthen my stump for my prosthetic. Jake is amazing. I woke up this morning without pain for the first time in many months. Give the man a RAISE!!!!

This location doesn't even exist anymore. Ubered there while I was in Reno to workout before my flight & ended up getting set back 45 minutes because it's listed on Google as an active location for that business & in reality, the ENTIRE building is closed down. I was livid. So if you're tryna find a gym or whatever. Just FYI, the Anytime Fitness on W. RENO will not be opening Any time. Lol It is completely shutdown & for lack of better words, abandoned.??

I have paid my dues for years and years flawlessly and when it comes time to have to cancel the membership you find that it is very difficult to do when no one is staffed nor calls you back or attempts to make the effort to assist. I am now 18 days into trying to cancel my membership. Just got another auto debit out of my bank account today so they are still getting money from me, guess the strategy of ignoring my cancellation request is paying off for Anytime. I will not be doing business with Anytime in the future because they don’t adequately support/assist their members.

Predatory company.I cancelled in person, verified 3 times that they processed it. Still getting bills to this day. Don’t sign up with this gym. Much better choices, crunch, fitness for 10, south rac. Whatever you do, don’t get roped into this awful company who literally lies to its customers and fake cancels memberships to rake in a lil more money.

We are in town for the week and needed a gym, the owner was very friendly and the gym was amazingly clean! We paid $10/person for a day pass and had free rain of the entire gym! We will definitely be back during the week!

Wasted my time signing up for a free pass and driving down to find out they don't have any employees working there and couldn't get in. Nobody wouldn't phone calls or messages.

New equipment, great staff and very clean. It has a "boutique gym" feel. It is rated as 3 stars because the gym is very small and cramped. Four people in the weightlifting area means you will be rubbing elbows with other fitness enthusiasts. It is very busy during the 5am to 7am workout times that I usually go. For this reason, this gym is not recommended unless you want your workout interrupted by waiting for someone to finish the equipment that you want. I usually go to the Mae Ann location during weekdays (much better and larger location) and only go to the Midtown location every Sunday when no one is around which defeats the purpose of joining this as your main gym.

I joined the gym when I moved to Reno a few months ago. The equipment, weights and workout areas are well appointed and cared for. Lots of attention to detail, from the lockers to the showers to the cleaning supplies to keep things tidy. Other members are very polite and respectful and Nate, the manager is super friendly, attentive and helpful.

Great place! Full of midtown locals, doesn't fill up full of "BroHaws" like most other gyms!
