10/10 All the folks that work here are so kind. I feel like they love my dog just as much as I do, and they are miracle workers on a husky that runs and hides if I even bring out a grooming mit at home.

THE BEST DOG DAYCARE AND BOARDING IN TOWN! FULL STOP!
We have tried so many places in the area and Animal Oasis exceeds the others in every way. Wonderful staff that treat our dog as if he were their own. Amazing service, reasonable pricing and our dog absolutely cannot wait to run inside every time we take him. He loves it. Comes home exhausted every time. They also have a great groomer that gets our dog smelling fresh and all flooffed up for a reasonable price.

We have such great things to say about Animal Oasis! We had been taking our pup Kiwi for daycare and a few baths/boarding nights while living in Nevada. So thankful that we found a place who takes such great care of kiwi. You can tell they love your dog as if they are their own.

Boarded my pup for 2 nights. First time he has been away from our family for more than a few hours. The staff was amazing. Even though I could tell they were busy, they took the time on a few occasions to take my call checking up on our dog. Even offering to call me with a follow up after the first night. We picked up, and he was nice and clean. He has been exhausted ever since. In a good way. I can tell he had a great time. Thank you Animal Oasis.

We just got our little doggie back from Animal Oasis after a brief vacation and was thrilled at the care that she received. In the past we have had some very bad experiences with kennels which has made it difficult to travel. Nicole and the good people at Animal Oasis just loved our little doggie and it showed in the exquisite care that she received. Our doggie had to go into Animal Oasis for a few hours so that the staff could see if she would be compatible with the other dogs there. They are very meticulous at creating a supportive environment for all in their care. They followed our feeding and medical care instructions perfectly.

I was pretty disappointed with this place. I waited outside for about 10 min before anyone came to greet me. No acknowledgment of the wait upon greeting. Wasn’t allowed inside which I would have loved to know ahead of time.
Worst part was the customer service was very poor. I felt like the person working didn’t care if I was alive or dead. They didn’t have anything to say upon pick up either. Just “here’s your dog, now pay and leave” kinda thing. I assumed most people want to know how their dog did at the groomers especially if it’s their first time.
You get what you pay for I guess, $60 was the most affordable rate I could find but now I know better.

Honest Review:
I have been raised with dogs my entire life. My aunt raised and trained German shepherd while I was growing up, my dad, sisters, friends, and everyone I love dearly owns a dog. The way someone interacts with animals in their care truly says a lot about someone's character.
I had a senior, rescue dog, who was my best friend and my entire world, but he had severe anxiety issues and a VERY sensitive stomach. I originally took him to A Doggie's Dream and we stayed with them for years. We both had a great relationship with their staff members and the owners. We would have stayed there if they hadn't closed down.
Animal Care:
You get what you pay for: they're expensive, but your dog/cat with be unconditionally loved while under their care. Flexible hours, and the overnight gentleman was always a highlight of my day.
Customer service:
It's clear why these individuals work with animals rather than with people. Nicky? Nicole? (If I remember right.) You have no idea what someone could be dealing with in their personal life. Your mundane everyday reactions with your customers have the potential to either start that persons' day in a great way, or could just add onto what is already a rough morning.
We used their services for over a year and the first half was great, but I unfortunately ended up getting very sick. All my family members live out of state and could not help, and I have a demanding job and due to my health was no longer performing at where I needed to be.
The gentleman who works overnight was great at making me laugh every single morning when I would drop my boy off. Nicky, most nights I left crying after picking my dog up from you. You have no idea what someone could be going through, and I truly hope you can come to see how much your actions affect those around you. Unfortunately for me, you were a big part of why my 2023 was as challenging as it was.

Today was our very first groom and I was so nervous my puppy Max wouldn’t do well but the groomer Chelsea was so amazing with him he did great and he looks so cute and clean a brand new boy. I will only come here from now on the price was perfect thank you animal oasis!!!!! She even called me half way through to let me know how he was. I like that they do curbside as well

Don't have any pets myself but took in some towels for the furry friends and the gentleman there was very friendly if I had a furry friend I would take him there for his grooming.
