If I could give this zero stars I would. Just stopped by to pick up a few Gatorade's. Asked for $20 cash back on the screen. No biggie, right? Wrong. I asked the cashier for a $10, $5, and $5 ones super nicely. Instead, he rolls his eyes and gives me a $20, not even acknowledging me. So, I ask again and he aggressively gives me a $10 and two $5s. At this point, I just walked away. Seriously so rude! Not to mention during the entire transaction he was talking to someone that wasn't even an employee, and that was our only interaction with him. Cmon Arco, you can do better with your customer service.

The short Hispanic guy working until 10 is very rude. I don't understand how the shift change entails closing the entire store for 30 min. Makes no sense but he didn't need to be rude about it. I'm a bartender and when we do shift change we are still able to help the customers. Super ridiculous. So apparently I just found out by another employee his name is Julio and closes the place 5 minutes early. He was so rude and told me to wait outside they are closed from 950 until 1015. I don't know how he hasn't gotten more complaints. All the other dudes there are super cool and friendly and funny. It takes one bad employee like him to ruin a place

The younger man that works here is really friendly and nice. This morning was an older guy with a mustache. I'm in a huge rush and after I swipe my card and the request for my PIN comes up, he tells me no credit. I look around and see no signs about this anywhere. I dash out to my car and grab cash and put it on the counter and leave (leaving him my change). I sip my fountain Sprite as I'm about to drive away and it tastes like s**** I'm too irritated so I go back in and I'm like, something is wrong with this, give me my dollar back. He kind of waves his arms and is like, "you in and out, in and out!" He's irritated that I'm running in and out of his store??? No s**** me too! So he gives me my 75 cents worth of original change. Great. I'm gonna be late for work so I don't bother demanding my money back for the fountain soda I'm leaving on the counter, full. Despite the fact the other two gentlemen I've interacted with here are great, and the location and hours are ideal, I probably won't be returning.

The best price in the area for gas, usually. I know people who live in the midst of Reno's Keystone and 4th St. corridor who will drive specifically to this business to fill their gas tanks before road trips and purchase cold drinks and snacks. It's a busy station. Often, there may be a short wait for a pump- but it's totally worth it. Once in a while the pay at the pump kiosk isn't working so you have to go into the store- no big deal. I haven't used their bathrooms so I can't comment on that. NO CHARGE CARDS ACCEPTED. only Debit cards (with fee of 35 cents) and (of course) cash is accepted. 'With a 7/11 right next door, a Raley's grocery store, a Jiffy Lube, a bank, a CVS, and a Starbucks across the street, what else could you need? Off exit 12, Keystone Ave. Go north and pass Starbuck's. They are on the nearby corner of 7th (across from Starbuck's) and Keystone. Easy Freeway access off and back on.

Moved into the area (4 minutes from this location) and love this place! No matter how drunk, or incoherent i am, the owners and workers here are very helpful, and well, they are always open. VERY Clean store, and always stocked up with Marley Mellow Mood. Good stuff! The owner and staff are always pleasant and cheerful.

This place is one of worst place in the country. They are scamming their customers. The machine outside will take your cash say see attendant then they won't help you at all. Their excuse is to say see the owner..and never get back to you. I have a video and will post on YouTube to prove my statement.
