I came here to have a set of tires mounted and balanced. I came as a walk in and Ruby assisted me through the whole thing and answered all of my questions with such a friendly professionalism. Her and her team had me in and out in 25 minutes and charged me a good and fair price. I’ll definitely be coming here for all of my tire services going forward!

Absolutely avoid this place at all cost! After having simple service done on my truck brakes I’ve had countless issues. They refused to warranty my brakes stating that they weren’t the ones who replaced the pads despite me having the paperwork saying they did. If I can save one other person from these crooks I’ll be happy.

I can not stress this enough, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They did irreparable damage that cost me over $2000 to get fixed at another mechanic with more work needed. Please please please go elsewhere. I don't wish this upon anyone.

I came in with my car to get new tires on the front since they had bubbles. I stated to the receptionist that I needed my FRONT tires replaced. She then proceeded to ask the year make and model then asked if it was an all wheel drive. I said no it's a rwd. So when they were done I expected to have new tires all the way around. Because I bought the back tires from them not even a month before. Well instead of changing the front they took off the brand new tires off the back and left my bad front tires. I alerted the receptionist. I made it clear that the front needed to have the new tires and the ones they took off the back needed to be put back on the rims. Then the next thing I do is double check and watch them try and put the bad tires on the back after I said they were no good multiple times. I had to then stop the mechanic who didn't speak English. Who also went to get the receptionist for the third time. Finally they took my brand new tires they took off the back and replaced them with the ones that were bad. I normally haven't issues with this company but lately they haven't been doing very well. My advice learn Spanish if you want your stuff right. Or go somewhere else.

came to get 2 new front tires on my car because that's all I needed because the back tires where new . they took off my good back tires and replaced the back tires that where new and not my bad front tires that wear totally done and used . then they where going to mess up again . long story short go to Amazon for tires and have les Schwab install them would have saved $100 if I did it that way and they call themselves affordable tires , yeah right .. ....
