Update - I finally was called and will find resources for me to get taken care of.I initially was given a listings of caretake support and this network was listed on there so I called them up one day and had to leave a message and then one day, a HILDA called me and I said that I had a priority call I was waiting before I got into answering her questions doing an intake which I didn't think she was going to do at the moment so I asked if I can call her back as soon as I hear something before I have to use their service. I have called 2-3 times after and no response from them even recently left a message to a manager. I'm surprised with this type of business people are suppose to be there for us but don't feel that way.

They like to call you about 2 hours before a bill is due and tell you that you need to pay it or your account will be cancelled.They did this to me several times over the course of 4 months, I'd say about 4-6 times, a few of which saying they would call me right back with the information I need to pay whatever bill then never calling me back as I waited around for them.I was CONSTANTLY asking if there were any other bills that I needed to pay.One time didn't have my phone and got a voicemail telling me my account was cancelled.This is an account that was rarely used for over 10 years and always paid for.HOWEVER, assuming I don't get some random bills in the future(did get double/triple billed for one), they did save me a good amount of money and are a convenient way to have some medical coverage.I'd like to give them a better review honestly, but they are so unprofessional with the last minute calling you don't know how long the coverage will last when you're actually using it.As I said, over 10 years rarely using it they were happy to take my money, when I had to start using it I got to see the s show they actually are.

After bi-lateral knee surgery I had considerable trouble getting in and out of our small SUV. The Access Healthcare ride vans have a chairlift that I can use and they have been a tremendous help in getting to my post-op physical therapy sessions. The drivers have all been very polite, helpful, patient and basically professional. It is a great service for us seniors.

This program is fantastic and affordable! I believe that if you communicate with your care coordinator, you will be successful on this product. My care coordinator explained the process in detail so that I would know how to best to use the program for my needs since I suffer from several chronic diseases and mental health issues. Everyone in Access Medical is kind and compassionate, thank you Dena Miguel for all your help and making sure I saw the specialists I needed. Without this program and the providers that participate in it, I would not have a very good quality of life.

Fantastic service! I've been with Access to Healthcare for years and absolutely love what they have done for the community. Finally I have a medical plan that IS affordable. This is a perfect solution for self employed people. I can't recommend them enough!

Absolute idiots. Very unhelpful. Been trying to get some questions answered regarding Medicare. Finally, get someone to call us back after a couple weeks and she says she doesn't know anything about Medicare and can't answer our questions or help us. What good is the SHIP Dept then?
