I have had continuous problems with this company! They refused to insure a van for me. Then they refused to offer flood insurance. They came out to replace a battery in my car. They used that as a strike to my road service. They installed a battery that was used or not up to a 249.00 charge. The battery is dead after 6 months. I have to take the battery out and return it to NAPA! There was no guarantee offered. It made everything in my car go crazy! I don’t think they installed the correct battery. And I tip these guys. So a LOT OF BAD INFORMATION! Amy King is my agent! I’m changing companies. This was at one time the elite of insurance companies. Not anymore. Get a better company.
UPDATE: After getting the response from this company, I went on the website offered to respond. They have no intention of correcting anything. Which makes me wonder what would happen if you submitted a claim. I received a call from Allison the branch manager. Re: just the flood insurance not offered during Covid. They just wanted to sell!!! Not the battery issue or the failure to insure a 6 cyl Van. I also; noticed frustration when in the office by other customers. I am still changing Companies. The assumption is that you will not pursue!! I am a retired Farmers Insurance Adjuster! AND I DONT PLAY GAMES WITH MY MONEY!!!
Follow up. These issues are from lack of customer service and really bad marketing. I have just tried for the 27 th time to contact corporate to talk to a supervisor. I have had constant contact with this company. PURE DRAMA! No one knows anything!!!! I cancelled my insurance in December and they have billed me for insurance that was cancelled. Harassed and no Resolution!
I am filing an insurance complaint with the Nevada State Insurance Commissioner!
AAA is asking for information on the new insurance company and they do not honor phone communications. Their battery Svcs are not Guaranteed. Thier rotary service is market driven to force bouncing from tele mktg to sales. Without customer service or support services.

These folks used to be good but not anymore. I went there to use DMV services, got there two hours before closing and they told me they weren’t taking anymore customers because they had to go home.

I want to give a big shoutout to Kiana Longmire, a New Product Specialist for AAA in Reno. She lined me up with a AAA Smart Home security system for my home in Dayton, NV that I’m totally satisfied with. She started by doing a quick survey of my home, clearly explaining system options available to me and most important, Didn’t make me feel pressured at any time. She is currently helping me to sync my security system to my Liftmaster garage door opener. I’m totally pleased!

AAA sucks massively in the local region. Have Been stuck waiting 3 days for this joke of a company to get a tow truck to tow my vehicle. Will be canceling this useless service.
