I want to give a big shoutout to Kiana Longmire, a New Product Specialist for AAA in Reno. She lined me up with a AAA Smart Home security system for my home in Dayton, NV that I’m totally satisfied with. She started by doing a quick survey of my home, clearly explaining system options available to me and most important, Didn’t make me feel pressured at any time. She is currently helping me to sync my security system to my Liftmaster garage door opener. I’m totally pleased!

We'd left our maps at home, so we stopped here to pick up new ones. The staff were very courteous and helpful! We were in and back on the road in no time!

AAA sucks massively in the local region. Have Been stuck waiting 3 days for this joke of a company to get a tow truck to tow my vehicle. Will be canceling this useless service.

THEY HAVE A DMV KIOSK.

I HAD DIFFICULTY TRYING TO INSURE A PERSONAL VAN.
THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH PEOPLE LIVING IN THEIR VANS????
AND THEN RECEIVED THEIR MONTHLY MAGAZINE ABOUT VAN LIFE??? THEY HAD FLAT OUT SAID THEY WOULD NOT INSURE A VAN.

I needed to register a new vehicle (bought from a Nevada Dealer) and this was the quickest and easiest way!
They do walk ins only and I was in and out in less than 30mins.

They have a DMV kiosk. I had some difficulty and there was a very nice young man that helped me. Got my tags within minutes.

Time is money. Save time from DMV appointments with AAA. You can receive new plates, receive tags, pay registration, and I am sure much more. This is very convenient and worth the cost with the time you save. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you don't like talking on the phone all day and prefer to walk in and talk to someone regarding insurance, this is the place for you. DMV services make this worth it by a long shot. Being able to talk to someone that is not across the country is another benefit. Thanks AAA for realizing this and thanks for saving us so much time. Now we can avoid waiting at the DMV and wasting precious time. Another thing AAA removed from my life is being on time consuming phone calls, i definitely do not miss explaining myself to a new person after each call transfer with the other insurance companies. Local branches are the way to go!
