If you’re looking for the best, most quiet, easy to sign up, friendly place in Reno to store your things, this right here is it. Not to mention you won’t find anywhere cheaper in town. The prices are perfect and I’m so thankful to store my stuff at this facility. They have tons of security cameras and even have parking to store your boat or RV. Amber at the front desk is absolutely amazing and such a lovely friendly person to work with. She will walk you straight to your unit is incredibly informative. One of the workers on site even helped me unload some of the things big items out of my truck. So thankful for this place! Five stars! Wish I could’ve given 10!

Amber is very nice. Unfortunately, there is an old man who likes to walk around the lot accusing people of things. They have cameras on the property so they can check. But he doesn't do that. He just walks around making accusations. Proceed with caution. There are plenty of places to store your gear in Reno. And most places won't accuse you of something before they do their due diligence

This is a nice new storage facility but the people running this place have very poor customer service, tried to update my credit card info over the phone, the response was, we don't mess with that. Huh? Very poor untrained staff, but nice units.

We made an appt to drop of our trailer. My husband arrived 5 minutes prior to that appt. The girl that works in the office left for the day knowing we had a confirmed appt. No answer at the gate or the phone number. Very unprofessional.

The owner will cuss and scream at you for following the rules when they are inconvenient for him.My wife and I were entering the lot when a car pulled up behind us. I pulled through the gate and waited for it to close (as per the rules), when the car began to try to slip through. I moved to keep it out when the man in the car began honking and screaming, then cussing and yelling at my wife, while making it known that he was the owner.Absolutely the most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever met.

I have stored my stuff here for a little over six months I had moved out of the rental and had purchased my own home and I was ready to move everything or so I thought. I started taking stuff out of my storage. I noticed there was a ton of mice droppings all over the storage.. I open my washer and bunch of dead ones in there also. I cannot express how upset I am that all my stuff has now been infested with mice due to this poor quality storage place. I DO NOT recommend this storage to anyone
