I ordered through doordash periodically versus ordering through the 7-Eleven app and every time I order a Coke slurpee they send me a spicy mango. One time I ordered my wife and myself a slurpee and they were both supposed to be Cokes and I got a cherry and spicy mango... I think I might just take my business elsewhere or make my own at this point... this has happened at least 3 times... only time I get what I wanted is when I go get it myself..

7/11 is one of the better gas stations for decent food at cheap prices. This location in particular has great employees that are cool as well, I'm glad this one is on the way to and from work.

Went here while sitting waiting at the dock just next door offloading and wanted to buy some food and coffee for hubby n me and asked to go bathroom. I was denied !!! ?

Don't stop here much and this is prob why I won't again.After a long day of work I stop in to grab a drink and a lighter. I don't see the drink I like in stock so I proceed to the counter where the female cashier was already having troubles with the olde lady in front of me using her card. Once my turn came I almost wanted to wait for other cashier.Then as I went to her as you guessed it I was welcomed rudely and spoke to the whole time in a demeanor unlike Ive seen before. Im young yet my hearing is not the best. All I will say is thank you for showing me why I hadn't stopped by more often recently.

We frequent the 7-11 on old Virginia Street in the north valleys. Wonderful staff, product, clean and neat environment. I am a slurpee freak and go there almost everyday. I really like convenience. This is a very good store.

All the staff I've had the pleasure of meeting has always been hard working people and very pleasant. I shop here even if there's somewhere else cheaper, closer, or extremely busy. The customer service is the most important to me & here everyone acts "real" & doesnt act like customers are an inconvenience.

I came into the 7-Eleven late one night and I experienced great customer service. and his name was Tony. t o n i e he was very helpful greeted me with a smile seemed a little tired it was busy people were gambling he went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable there wasn't any machine so he actually had somebody get off of a machine and let me sit down and play for a bit he asked me if I needed anything and it was just a pleasant surprise with people not giving great customer service these days I want to commend your employee for an outstanding job and making me feel comfortable when I didn't I had a hard night and I thank you for that.He could tell I was not in a good way.His smile lights up a room.I have experiencd some other workers there that aren't so nice and helpful so I thought I would out this review in.been coming there for years and Tonie was the first employee I was compelled to write a review about

I got a can of the new True North energy seltzers which was really tasty and saw they have The Happiest Hour shots. I keep seeing them on Tik Tok and got some Calm for later. Everyone is always so nice at this store!
