The signs say to buy 2 things for a better price, just charged me double the price. I have experienced this multiple times. Not a good experience to get cussed out by customers behind me for having to sign up for a rewards per her instruction if I want a better price.

As an Uber driver, this was my go to place to get a latte from their cappuccino machine, sodas and a snack before starting out my day. Yesterday, 12/08 at 1:30 am, I went specifically there to get my latte. The machine needed to be reset and the employee had no clue how to reset it and he said he was never trained. I told him he needed to learn how to reset the machine and that I drive out of my way to come here just to get a latte. He told me I needed to call the owners about it abd was extremely dismissive! I was going to just buy a regular coffee but after the dismissive comment, I just left! I won't be back and that does suck since I did like the lattes. Oh well...

I like to go here when grabbing something quick to eat. It used to be great when they first opened but now it is more hit or miss and you can't really tell if it will be a good day for their food.

I will make this short and sweet since my visit was the same.I came here on February 26, 2022, eight days after their grand opening, drawn in by their loss leader gas prices, which were about one dollar less per gallon than other gas stations in Reno. I do generally use Top Tier gas, but I made an exception this time.My fill-up went smoothly, and I used their app at the pump after going inside to give them a cash deposit. The app gave me a nice discount for a first-time user, on top of their already low prices. Still, the cash price they advertised on their sign outside was even lower. I inquired within, and the cashier did not know why. But her supervisor was right there and she professionally explained that I have to not use the app to get store's advertised price, and the price using the app was different (corporate), even though I also paid in cash. Good enough. I am satisfied with the explanation I got. Both employees were terrific and friendly!While there, I shopped around and used one of the welcome bonuses I got for signing up for the app. I ended up getting a free pack of sugar-free gum, lol. But hey, I liked it and used it!Everything was clean, both inside and outside, and it was not too crowded, the store being new.I apologize for not getting photos inside while I was there. I also could have taken pics where the store was being built, as I drove past there each day. Oh well.Their prices have gone up since, competitive with other Reno stations, but that is to be expected. The store is in a good location, with lots of industrial business nearby on Rock Boulevard and Longley Lane, so it is in a good location.

We have 3 711’s all within a mile of each other. This being the newest of course means it’s all around better. New pumps, large store and tons of driving space.

Simply amazing customer service. My card was getting declined today for god knows why. The amazing cashier paid for my whole order. I am just so grateful that there are good people out there. This is now my number one stop.I wish I new you name so I could put it in here but I was having a horrible day and you made it better. Thank You!!!!
