I been going to this store for years and the new guy at night is a is rude. 1st they short change everyone. There's a Jar out front where they put your change without asking. Last night i normally get a big cup for 96 cents. The guy said 1.61 i told him i was going to my car to get exactly .61 cents because i need every penny i work for. I have him the change he throws it on the ground. If this was MY store we would have fought. So DISRESPECTFUL.

The cashier was clipping his nails while standing in front of the hotdogs and taquitos, it was disgusting and he didn’t even care that I was staring at him for it. Just go to the 7-11 down the road on Peckham and Longly.

Not even one star, this place needs new owners. Current ones will short change you and sell you expired stuff. Better off just going across the street. 7/11 corporate just needs to step in cause this has been happening for years

Extremely poor customer service do not go into this place if you expect to be treated nice!! The men who work there are always on their phone in their ear talking, they never greet you, they never smile, and they’re very rude. You are going in there to buy stuff and they’re very aggressive with you! No “hello” No “have a nice day” nothing! You’are spending your hard-earned money So go somewhere where you’re treated with kindness, and decency for shopping there. ?What happened to customer service these days? It is horrible and especially here.

My GOD,,,. you people have more nerve than a bad tooth, every single time I or my friends & family go to your store we're being treated like we're lowlife, can't get a min of the clerks time ( even not busy), they just shrug you off. I'm sick of being looked down on buy those people. Go back to your starting point , learn to Respect , you'll be hearing from me again as this am you disrespected a family member of mine for the last time.

I typically don't go to 7-eleven but went in today and yes the guys phone call was more important than customers.. There is no customer service here. He was on speaker phone the entire time. I went out to the car realized I forgot something and said I don't want to inconvenience his phone call and went elsewhere.
