7 Eleven is my go-to spot for quick snacks and drinks. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean. I love their Slurpees, especially the horchata flavor. Plus they're open 24/7

Short man on register is useless as an employee. Refuses to look up and mumbles so low you have no idea what, if anything, he’s trying to say. We used to go to this 7-11 frequently, but not anymore. All because of that one rude, creepy mumbling guy. Shame, because there is another man there who is great.

The guy there today did not speak English and was pretty rude. They advertise a 1/8 pound hot dog but none on the roaster. This seems to be the rule at 7 11s. Not a pleasant experience.

Today is 2/8/2024 right biw is 7:33pm I just went to the 711 on grove in reno and bought boneless chicken wings. I can't even chew thru them or bite them in half. They taste like they have been under the warner all day. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! NOT HAPPY!!! Isn't there a time limit where they have to rotate out expired food for fresher food?

I was accused of theft after using their ATM. It’s sad it use to be a well ran store until it was sold. Now it stinks like goats, curry and human waste.

Horrible service, the cashier laughter that they were out of coffee, said it would be 30 minutes.

Just to double check. We definitely want to be sure the correct team can address this matter for you but it does look like you are commenting outside of the USA. Can you please confirm your country's location so that we can ensure that you are directed to the correct Facebook page, as you have messaged the Facebook page for 7-Eleven USA? Thanks!

The pizza is surprisingly good for the price point, better than Little Ceasers. Everything else is pretty expensive, but I mainly go here for the pizza.

Would rate five stars if I was still inclined to. Worked here for a while and grew tired of a toxic and somewhat hostile environment where talking to the owner over grievances or suggestions were discouraged. All the employees wanted to play a game of high school and spread drama around and act like they weren’t involved; turning around after they had just lambasted and berated you behind your back to give a sickly sweet greeting or start an empty conversation to your face like they’re friendly towards you. Was ultimately let go due to a growing number of no call no shows but had long since stopped caring as the place was just not worth the stress. Management was flexible and understanding to employee home situations but was not strict enough to make sure all employees complied and kept the place performing and presenting in a professional manner as a retail establishment should be. Graveyard employees were also not trained on the graveyard shift - only tossed onto the nighttime crew with basic operational knowledge of point of sales system functions and not trained in their cleaning and preparation duties for day to day functions in compliance with health code. Coffee lines not flushed on regular basis, grease/food residue buildup on grill surface and glass housing, hot box food display not being regularly cleaned/scrubbed, residue in food oven and underneath water ventilation not being switched or filled, etc. All in all mental health has been greatly improved since my departure.

Dan the cashier was a straight P.O.S. he started accusing a man next to me of stealing. Upon seeing inside of the man's bag, seeing that there was nothing from the store inside of the bag, the man continued on a rant and then proceeding speaking down to other patrons in the store as well. Never coming here again.

I came here for a cold drink and a snack and was happy with what I found. It's a little store and can be quite practical.

My feelings are up the wall right now. I am mad and heartbroken. I was just at the 711 on Grove st. My daughter who is 10years old has ASD/OCD/ ADHD was just told she had to wait out side because she has her hood on. My Daughter pretty much wears a hood/hat 24,7 she absolutely can not take her hood off. I informed her she can not take her hood off and explains she has ASD, She didn't care and they kicked her out. I'm not having my daughter wait out side especially on Grove st. My daughter went running out side and was shaking .I said this is ridiculous she is 10years old and I'll take my business elsewhere and mind you we was already in there for 5min and she waits till we was gonna check out to say something literally the guy was ringing our stuff up . We have never had this happen before and we was just there yesterday. I understand stores have policies regarding hoodies and backpacks and I get that completely. But a Exception needs to be made especially when it comes to children . their policy also includes you can't wear sunglasses some people aren't able to take off their sunglasses some people have certain medical conditions that they suffer from and they're not able to do that I think they need to take that into consideration when making policies. If I could give a negative 5star rating I would!
