Went to the buffet. It was terrible and very very bad service. And the worst thing, there are no bathrooms in the restaurant. Smells soooo bad. The food grose. First an last time visiting that place.. ?

Stop over from Las Vegas to California. Didn't stay at the hotel but spent some time at the casino. Wanted to try the buffet but it was not open and we had to eat brunch at Denny's inside. The other F&B outlets were also closed too. The casino was rather quiet as it was a weekday. The casino needed brighter lighting. The Bonnie and Clyde exhibit was interesting.
There are ample parking areas in front of the hotel.

I like the old western motif and laid back atmosphere. Draws a mixed crowd. Has a buffalo ? shaped swimming pool.
Rooms: Nice clean rooms with great heater and aircondioning. If something is wrong with your room they send someone to take care of it right away.
Nearby activities: Golf course nearby. They have rides and stuff for kids and a big shopping center nearby. It is home of the 'star of the desert arena' with live music every weekend. They comp a lot of rooms and concerts as a way to welcome you back.
Safety: Lots of security officers. Not a dangerous place.
Walkability: A lot walking around.
Food and drinks: Lots of restaurants.
Noteworthy details: High ceilings and wild western decor. A fun place to come.

It was depressing compared to before COVID-19, it use to be packed with people all the time & all 3 hotels were open plus the mall & the food court were always packed & lots of shopping now it's Nothing.
They have a new restaurant at Buffalo Bill but it's not worth the price they're asking. It's so....sad

The casino was a fun and cool place and seeing the car that Bonnie and Clydes was killed in was even cooler. Worth the drive from Vegas.

Great hotel to stay overnight. As soon as I walked in I appreciated the staff's sense of humor as one greeted me with a shotgun and another decided to show off his flamethrower, but we cleverly resolved the matter by playing hide and seek so I got a good night's sleep and the staff stayed alive

If you're looking for a safe / warm / basic stay over this is golden.
Reception staff is friendly.
Issues? Wi-Fi in room STINKS. slow as anything. Trying to catch up on a hand ful of work tasks before leaving? Took x5 longer then normal due to slow hotel Wi-Fi.
Be aware on your check out day - even tho reception and receipt CLEARLY SAYS NOON - the cleaning staff starts banging on doors and making a egregious amount of noise about "time to check out!!!!" Starting at SEVEN A.M. - yes. 7 A.M. and our room lacked a do not disturb sign. The fact I saw no DND signs on any doors on the whole floor of where our room was located leads me to hypothesize that a lack of DND signs is a passive choice so the hotel can have an "excuse" to start banging on your door and making a ton of noise at 7am to get people out and act all shocked when people are not "checked out". Churn and burn it seems is in full effect here. Rooms are super antiquated. No coffee pot. No fridge. But again. Safe clean and warm. Which is all one really "needs".
While this is barely a 2 star hotel I enjoy the facility cause I think the casino floor is cool with the decorations - wish the log ride and rollar coaster were still working tbh - and they do have the bonnie and Clyde car and exhibit on display with is IMHO a great stop over and education. They also have Capones bullet proof car on display too. And Buffalo Bills "neon" sign is probably my favorite including Vegas outside the vintage stuff at the neon museum. Would I stay here again? Honestly? Probably. We spend a week in Vegas but this is a safe overnight stop before doing Sunday to Sunday in Vegas.

We are very upset with a situation. We had rooms reserved for an upcoming concert. We reserved these rooms with voucher received as player members of the Buffalo Bills Casino. We were going to make a name change on one of the rooms and when we call to do so, we're informed that our rooms have been canceled, they dont know who cancelled them they just magically and conveniently we're cancelled. We have our plans, babysitter, car rental, concert tickets and no rooms. They said sorry nothing we cannot do, hotel is completely booked and can't accommodate us, but if we want to pay over $400. They can nicely accommodate us in the Whisky Pete's..... really??? So upsetting.. we were coming very often now that they re-opened but after this incident, we will no longer care to be back. We're a huge family and will be loosing many customers. This is unacceptable, what kind of business is this....

First time staying in Primm, NV.
Went there to see ZZ Top.
> The venue and the show were great!!
> Had a room in Tower A at Buffalo Bills.
We had checked-in online, but, never got the email or text saying our room was ready.
Then, we waited 40 minutes for our room keys at the online check-in area.
Walk-in room check-in had a line out the door.
> Service:??
> Entire place was understaffed, to say the least, for a band like ZZ Top.
Felt very bad for the bar staff because ALL the bars were so busy.
> Our room was nice, clean and comfortable! ?
> Elevators were very quick. ?
> ?? We were charged $65 for 2 nights of 'Resort Fees'???
We both used our players cards all day and night.
The resort fees should've been refunded.
Rooms: Dbl. Queen room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Food and drinks: The Buffet was very good.
Noteworthy details: Even with the service being understaffed, we'd probably go back again to see a band ?
