This was such a reasonable & nice little place to stay! Sidney was so friendly & she even cooked us breakfast in the morning! We will definitely be back! Awesome experience! Thanks Sidney!
Rooms: The rooms are all very nice! Different rooms have different bed sizes & themes, as well as their own bathrooms. They are nicely decorated.
Food and drinks: She has snacks, cold drinks, & even frozen entrees for purchase.
Noteworthy details: This is a bed & breakfast, not a hotel. It is very homey & comfortable. The owner makes sure you have everything you need & are well taken care of. Such a great experience over hotel standards, & also a really good value! We will definitely stay again in the future!

It's a wonderful hideaway. We enjoyed our stay slept well in the clean cozy rooms. Sydney made a great breakfast. And we had great visit with other guests. It's definitely a go to place, and it's definitely a comeback place for my friend and I
Rooms: Love the cozy clean adequate rooms

This cabin was just what we needed after camping for the last 5 days. The cabin is spacious and well appointed. The cabin was also clean and comfy. Beds were fantastic, pillows and sheets soft. There is even a parking spot directly in front. The area is quiet and located behind the main house. Breakfast was amazing and Sydney is a perfect host. We highly recommend this spot. Thank you Sydney for your hospitality.

The air conditioning that was a bit noisy three months ago is now very noisy. Given that the main product being offered is a good nights sleep I cannot recommend the Pine Tree Inn. Before making a reservation check that the air conditioning/heating unit has been fixed (or get some good ear plugs).
Noteworthy details: Check out Cathedral Gorge State Park.

Perfect for cathedral state park! The owner is very friendly, there is no fridge of his own, but you can put your things in a communal fridge. There is a super delicious breakfast! (See photo)

It was very comfortable. The hostess didn't explain things too clearly. Breakfast was great with good company of other guests.

Excellent service, beautiful “blue room” stay with full private bath, and amazing cleanliness & breakfast was fantastic!! The only reason for a non-five star rating…need lamp for readers, etc., and air conditioning unit is a bit noisy. Overall, they earned a 5-star and an absolute return!
Rooms: Very clean, private, and very quiet with full bath in room. Secure and safe.
Safety: Located in a neighborhood & school environment.
Food and drinks: They have food & snacks to purchase onsite via Venmo.

Noteworthy details: I had to stop at this location for a nite of rest after 12 hrs on the road. It was comfy, quiet & everyone was so nice. Sorry to have missed the breakfast. Heard it was very good. Maybe another time.

My wife and I were delighted to stay in Sydney's pine cabin on April 18, 2024. Quiet, clean and comfortable after a lot of driving. And the breakfast was fantastic! A real breakfast with good conversation.

Sydney is so kind and welcoming, food is great, and you can’t beat the Pine Tree Inn for location and service!

We stayed in the cabin part of this bed and breakfast 5 years ago, and have been trying to find a reason to go back to stay!! We finally did this month, and used it as a halfway(ish) point from Salt Lake City to Disneyland. It was just as we remembered!!! Spacious and just the cutest layout and vibe.Word of caution driving there at night. The road out there is DARK. And I mean dark dark. Be prepared for that. There was a cute little coffee station with yummy seasonal creamers, which was a nice surprise from regular creamer. The breakfast in the morning had to be scheduled for a time slot, (we did upon arrival, late evening) which I didn’t know in advance, and we are lucky the time worked our for us since we had to leave early to hit the road. (Maybe it said it in my email and I missed it, I’ll have to check)The breakfast was amazing. My 12 year old said (5 stars!) French toast, yummy fruit, bacon and orange juice! One thing I noticed, was that the water in the cabin shower only got to warm. It was chilly (maybe 34 degrees) but that surprised me it didn’t heat up more once it got going. The first time we went, we explored the Cathedral Gorge State Park. This time while driving out we saw a few other attractions within a half hour. Caliente Hot Springs and Beaver Dam State Park maybe? We will do more exploring next time!Definitely will stay again anytime we have the opportunity!!

Small, pleasant chalet in a typical American small town. The chalet is well equipped with a microwave and crockery. The beds are comfortable. Lunch is also provided. For us it was delicious crushed egg bagels with bacon and a red fruit salad.
The chalet is a little difficult to find. You must go to the address indicated and return via the path to the right of the house and head to the back of the area where the chalet is located.
Although the town is charming, there is very little to see and do. It was a Sunday and everything was closed and the town looked like a ghost town, but it must surely be different during the week.
