They closed almost all of their windows so the line is always long. The red head bank teller likes to let her friend cut everyone who's already been waiting 10+ minutes it's supposed to be quick and easy but going to this bank is probably the most mind numbing irritating thing on my to do list. Always a good experience going here, friendly tellers. Sometimes the line is long for the tellers but it moves quick. Always end up chatting with someone in line to pass the time. ????

The worst service I've ever had a a Wells Fargo bank!!! I was waiting in line with 4 other people, there was two bankers, then the one teller says " I'll be with you in a moment sweetheart" then walks away leaving the one banker by herself!!! Five minutes go by and still the one banker hasn't returned to help the other banker!!! Needless to say I will talk to my spouse about switching all our accounts to another bank and I don't care if I have to go down the hill to bank in Las Vegas!!!

Being the only customer inside was amazing to me. Was 1 teller at the front and 1 at the drive thru. Peacefully quiet inside.

Switch Banks. They create accounts, put them in debt and then charge it off on their taxes.....get the money back and keep the profit. So this means when you call and want to dispute the random charge or charges on your account you are SOL my dudes. They actually make money off of you and conveniently have no record of said transaction AND....even tho you can provide proof apparently it holds no weight. I'm guessing because they have the power of the delete button. Do your own research but definitely be cautious.

I had banked for 11 years and they just closed my account the day before my direct deposit came in because of insufficient funds. No warning at all so I could explain wait one more day and just screwed us bad. Never again

Two weeks ago I was told to make an appointment to see a banker which I did. I received reminder texts regarding my 11:30 an appointment today. However, when I arrived I was told by Manager Garcia that the banker went to the Courthouse to renew her notary. ON MY TIME? How unprofessional. If I receive reminder texts you would think the bank employees would have an appointment calendar. Why would the Manager (Garcia) tell the banker to go to the courthouse ON MY TIME. Terrible customer service. The banker strolled in at noon. I saw her for five minutes and did not get everything done I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK!! I do not have the extra half hour to sit and wait for my scheduled appointment This is not a Dr. office this is a bank. BTW - I have been a customer since 1990. Thanks for making me feel so valued. It makes me sad.

I've had my WFB account for more than 27 years. This branch in Pahrump is the worst. The customer service is limited. Personal Banking is a thing of the past. Using a machine is their answer for service (ATM). Shame on Wells Fargo.

Usually only 2 employees working at a time and apparently the drive up customers have priority over the customers STANDING in line. Always great when your the next in line and they move in the window closed sign and say someone will be with you shortly..

I went in and Jessica took care of me in customer service she was very professional and helpful. She even called me a few days later to see if I needed any help. This was at the Pahrump NV branch.It is an excellent branch

Do not use wells Fargo, They charge unfair overdraft fee and other hidden charges. Their costumer service is bad. Do not recommend, they have bad reputation to the markets too.
