We in yesterday to change out my Moms phone to my old phone. Rep helped me and ended up with a new case and shield. Phone works and looks great. I did beat it up pretty good. They were friendly and did a great job

I walked into the store, expecting to order an iPhone 17 and they happen to have one available and it was just closing time at 6 o’clock, but they still stayed and helped me set up the phone and also I bought an iPod pad and an Apple Watch salesman was excellent. You need to hire more like him.
