I recently added a second line to my service and had to switch a great plan I had, according to T-Mobile that was the option I had, so I did…Santiago helped me, very friendly, very polite and he spent 30 tp 40 minutes working on my second line, I have two brand new IPhones , I decided to buy 2 case protectors and 2 screen protectors, it costed $252.00 (very pricey) but I wanted to help Santiago for his time and did the purchase, he installed them all, cases n screen protectors, by the next day my screen protector was bubbling, now it looks really bad, went back to the stores by the 4th day and I was told that since I didn’t purchase insurance, nothing she can do, she suggested spending $40.00 to get a new one, first of all, I was not offered insurance on the screen protectors, the girl that was helping me implied that I was lying because they always offer insurance, so I spent a lot of money buying accessories n my new iPhone look horrible, because, either the screen protector was defective and/or installation was not done properly, Santiago also forgot to turn my data “ON” and I went crazy trying to get internet until T-Mobile tech was able to figure it out.My advice “DO NOT “ visit this store for your cellular service needsAnd don’t buy any accessories from them.

Santiago at Pahrump T-Mobile was AMAZING with his customer service, professionalism, and work ethic. I honestly was thinking about switching phone carriers when I walked through the door, but Santiago was there to save the day. Not only did I NOT switch phone carriers, I ended up upgrading both phones to IPhone 15 plus, getting air pod pros and the Apple Watch with the 5G plan. I also bought a JBL speaker Santiago told me about that was on sale, and I was so happy! The speaker sounds PHENOMINAL and I'm so glad that I bought it for myself. Thank you Santiago for being you and really good at your job.

As a retired person I enjoy traveling. When camped in central Nevada I received a text stating that I was using internet/cell providers other than T-Mobile excessively and that if I didn't stop my phone number would be deleted. I called T-Mobile and was told to put my cell phone into airplane mode which I did and no longer used it at all until returning home where there's. T-Mobile cell tower and was in their network. A few weeks later I received another text stating my phone number was to be deleted at the end of the month. I called T-Mobile and asked why given I followed their instruction and had not used my phone out of network. The rep gave no reason and acted like she was doing me a big favor by not having my number deleted. very arrogant. I have since switched to Verizon. I have no idea why this happened given I'd used T-Mobile for years without issue. I don't recommend using T-Mobile as your carrier as quality of service has become terrible.

I always get the help I need. The last time I was there, a young girl was more interested in telling me to take my return to a UPS store than taking her time to enter the info into the computer. There were no other customers waiting. She was curt and unprofessional. Brought my rating way down. I returned a gateway. BTW.. I am on oxygen and pull a tank of oxygen wherever I go. The girl I'm speaking of did not come to help hold the door when I was entering. She just watched me struggle with it. Your store doesn't have access for disabled people.\\nThe other employees have been there before and looked up, and because they were with customers, they couldn't come over.\\nMy point is this. She saw me on oxygen and \\\"insisted\\\" I go down the street to UPS. She did not want to take care of the return. That tells me your employees get paid a commission on sales. She is a very poor example of customer service imo. Maybe she needs better training?

I went into the store today to open a business account. I honestly expected to be there for a really long period of time and given excuses as to why they couldn't do this or that but I was extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service given to me by your employee Mohammed. Not only is he a diligent worker but he is probably one of the best CSRs that I have encountered in a very long time. He truly made every effort to get everything done and to do it in a timely manner. Thank you for the great experience, Mohammed. It is greatly appreciated!

I recently transferred my cell service from another provider and the staff in this store is great! They can be busy at times but they keep you updated on your wait. The couple of times that we visited the store, the technical knowledge of the employees was really amazing! Beyond the customer service, I am extremely happy with the cell phone coverage provided by T-Mobile and the plan is a bit less expensive than the other provider that we were using.

I went there looking for a phone case. The people in there were so helpful and quick. I really did enjoy their energy and smiles. Do you understand how far that goes today? Wow! My hats off to Jessie for the hook up. What you get out of life is what you put into it. . Jessie, you wear it well. I'm very happy with my case. I will be back.A VERY satisfied customer.

Edit: when we FINALLY got help, Jesse was great. But being ignored was poor service.Edit: now at 45 minutes.I would give 0/5 if you gave that option. I have been here over 30 minutes now and the employees haven't even acknowledged that they know we are here and waiting.
