She was very knowledgeable regarding what battery i needed, options, cost of my choice and Auto Zone would install at no charge after she asked the location of the batter in my van.I was able to get the van to Auto Zone that afternoon, spoke with the same representative and everything took less than an hour.”
“Charlie and his team did a good job. Sourcing parts caused a delay of over a week. I was allowed to stay in my camper van on their property while the work was done. This was a kindness that saved me a lot of money. Also, I was given use of the “shop car” during that time. That was very generous.Once all the parts arrived, the van went together relatively quickly. I’m satisfied; 4 1/2 stars.”

“Needed some batteries for a key fob and a new starter for my girlfriend's van. They had the starter delivered overnight and the guy in there named Spike.... or maybe it was Mike anyway he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They're very polite so I also bought brakes for my truck and found out they have a lifetime warranty. We'll be shopping here again and not only because I'm part Irish LOL”

“We took our vehicle to Saitta Trudeau Body Shop for repairs last week and we just picked it up. We are very pleased that the home town body shop did such a good job! The repairs and outside color match are perfect. On top of the excellent repair job, it was detailed which was a pleasant surprise. This type of service just doesn't happen anymore. The employees are extremely helpful and polite! We think everyone deserves a raise!”
