The individual folks I spoke to were as helpful as they could be, but the system is not. Also, you don't have anyone on staff able to replace a destroyed water heater and your competitors did. That was the major reason why we have chosen to look elsewhere for our gas.

The delivery of my gas was fine. No issues there. The reason for the 3 star rating is because I prepaid for my gas and I have a credit due to be issued to me and I'm still waiting for it 3 weeks later.
