They delivered a damaged product. It was already damaged, but they clearly damaged it more, as the package was not even on the pallet, all the way. I refused the package, in writing. They delivered it to me, AGAIN. They got my roommate's 80-year-old Mother to sign while I was at work. They said I could bring it back. That didn't seem my job, but I took the offer, as soon as my back was good enough to lift the package, and I told them that. Then, after I managed to get the thing in my van, they changed their mind. They would not allow me to bring back the package that I refused, in writing. --- The people sending me this toilet, for the third... time called it "the boomerang" as a joke. I had to pay over 200 dollars each time to return the same damaged toilet, again and again. It was not funny, to me.

If you are using this carrier make sure to be as proactive as possible and don't assume anything with them. I had a shipment that had been marked as delivered, only to find out 2 weeks later that it had not been. Make sure to get the POD and confirm receipt with the delivery location. Their customer service team seems nice and easy to communicate with but they don't seem to have good internal communication

They scheduled delivery of an item for me and then failed to deliver the item on two separatedays. I called them and they said the item again can't be delivered until Monday. I told them I would come pick it up at their warehouse. They said sounds good. Bad customer service. Don't recommend to use this company. Thanks

Worst place to deliver had my appointment on Monday at 5 Am dropped my trailer at 4:40 Am and get it back Wednesday morning around 4 and no they will never call you to update you need to keep calling there dispatch to see what’s happening with your trailer and good place to park your bobtail or truck incase you here early or missed your next load is at galaxy theaters and casino cannery they have truck parking food bathroom all your needs expect showers good luck everyone

I was supposed to have a wash machine delivered by RXO Home delivery service. The drivers were so rude and would not bring in my washer and take out the old one. I had paid for this service already. I had to bring in my washer by myself. They also lied and told me that the Geek Squad was on the phone and I checked with Best Buy and they said they never spoke with this business. I have complained to Best Buy in Riverside and now have to wait a couple more days for Best Buy to send out someone to move my washer up stairs and take out my old one. These delivery men are so rude and do not complete their job. Do not use this service in Riverside, CA. I called the company to file a complaint and she would not take it. Ordered a fender on EBAY this company marks it as delivered. I call the company because I have not received the fender got a hold of the California office and was told to call back because the Las Vegas office phones are down but they will "note" that the shipment never arrived. The next NO return call so I call again this time I got ahold of the Las Vegas office and they show that the ticket was closed out. Not to mention it showed that the package was MISSING dock. BEWARE USING THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY. I'm told over the phone they can not provide me with the information that the shipment is missing that I would need to email the company so the can EMAIL me BACK. If it's noted missing at the dock what DUMMY put it as delivered!!!! I'm SICK of dealing with HORRIBLE customer service!! I pay over $100 to get this shipped and this is this SUCKY SERVICE I GET!!! Not to mention trying to get the $600 part refunded from EBAY because it's showing as delivered. WHO SIGNED FOR A MISSING PART!!! I see why this place has 1 star that's equivalent to NO STARS

Working with this company is like a fever dream. My shipment of very important product landed in the city 48 hours ago, ETA showed (and still, somehow, shows currently) the 8th as the ETA for delivery. We call them today and are told that they "hope" to be able to get this unloaded by tomorrow and that it's due to a shortage of drivers. Well, hell; I'd assume after years of dealing with the same groundhog-dayish BS that y'all would just pay your workers a good wage so you wouldn't always be running on the bare minimum. I'll be making it clear to any and all suppliers we work with : If you use XPO (RXO), you will lose all of our business.

XPO has lost multiple shipments in multiple ocassions going from us to our customers. They have DESTROYED at least 3 high valued shipments and they denied claims based on absurd technicalities.

The delivery guys were very courteous and polite but it has been an incredible hassle dealing with the company itself. I had a bed frame delivered, but they didn't have the removal order so they had to schedule a different day to remove the faulty bed frame. That became a debacle because they scheduled it for a time while I was teaching and couldn't be home, so I called and rescheduled for the following Saturday (today), apparently someone didn't click the right buttons because the next day I had missed calls and a message that the team was at my house but I wasn't home. So I called and asked why it wasn't rescheduled like I had discussed on the phone the night before. They didn't know what happened so I made sure it was scheduled for today... It's almost 3 hours after the time window they gave me so I called and was told the driver noted no one was home. What the heck! I've been home all day, I didn't receive any phone calls and now I'm just ticked that this broken bed frame is taking up space in my small apartment for yet another week. ? At this point, I'm tempted to take a sledge hammer to the bed frame and leave the pieces on the front porch for them.
