RXO just delivered my new washer and dryer that I purchased directly from LG. I chose LG because I had bought four appliances from COSTCO in the last two years, and had terrible installation experiences with three of them. It was worth the extra $80 to deal directly with LG, and so far so good since this delivery team was excellent. On time. Worked conscientiously. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained things. And, tested to make sure both units were working. No leaks. I am very satisfied and hope the actual appliances end up being as great as the LG's I own in my other home. BTW - I am surprised to read here that apparently COSTCO also uses RXO at times and that people were not happy. Something is amiss.

Jason and Kevin were amazing ! I had particular needs with my installation, and they were very kind, considerate, and courteous. They explained everything in detail and were both very knowledgeable. I would recommend them anytime for your install needs.

The RXO crew was right on time with our new LG washer and dryer. They removed our old one, installed the new ones very quickly. They kept the area clean and didn't waste any time.

They let me know well in advance, gave me a time window, were well within it , called on the way with an exact time, carried it in and took the old, very polite and didn't make me do any work except signing for it.

I've used them for several high end / white glove deliveries and for the most part everything went smoothly and professionally ... their contract drivers tend to be a bit more professional than their in-house drivers but overall, they do their job..
