Ordered 2 pairs of shoes online. Only one pair came in the mail. Contacted customer service and they said I would get a refund if the shoes didn’t come within 14 business days. The days passed and now suddenly the claim is closed. No shoes, no refund, nothing at all.

Awesome customer service provided by Monica and Abigail. I was in last Thursday looking for the olive green Nike air Jordan’s jumpmans and the only last pair in a size 13. First I thought they didn’t have but they went beyond and Both ladies went for the search and then finally Abigail found them high at the top of the shelf in the back! Awesome! Thank you so much ladies! I will be back!

I was in this store all the time and I had terrible service, they treated me very badly. The terrible service, they do not respect the prices, the bad temper of the staff reached the point of threatening to call the police just because they did not want to give me my purchase receipt, but in the end they did not give me my receipt and I had to leave if any manager or Any superior who sees this comment would be careful with this type of service
