If I could give Chris 10 stars, he'd have them. I broke my screen yesterday and I was in a state of panic as I start a really big job tomorrow, and not having a functional phone would literally make me the most worthless person on the job site as communication is vital in the TV & Film world.
Chris was there waiting for me when I got there (we spoke on the phone) he asked me a few questions, said it usually takes an hour or 2 to get it done but when he found out my situation he told me to come back in less than an hour, which he didn't have to do, but is appreciated more than he'll ever know.
Very professional, very fast, and all around excellent customer service. Give that man a raise, recognition, and a vacation. He dserves it.
