Should change Maps dots to The Livin' la vida Speedway. Why put 3 walk up ATMs and the drive thru across the parking lot? Thank heavens for the Allstate across the street. ?

This is one pretty much always busy. Traffic can get hectic in this parking lot, too. There is another atm, just across the parking lot.

I had anticipated going thru the drive- thru, but it's closed and this is the second time. I reluctantly go inside and lines are at the door. Only two lines are open, but there are several employees. The line is moving very slow. Then I see the supervisor walking out the door and a teller putting up his -this line is closed sign. I've already been waiting in line for 15 mins. When I reach the window I inquire if that was the supervisor who left. I was told yes, by the teller. I shake my head and look back at the long line. The teller inquires- I share with her that I believe this bank is being managed very poorly. He should have helped to deplete the line then release workers to lunch. Now you have the other teller ( who is going to lunch) the manager and current teller all telling me I could have gone to the ATM and there's nothing they could do??!!!?? My response was very simple- "other bank branches are doing it better with the same number of employees. Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past at this location.

The Lake Mead branch is in a low income area and I do not feel safe in the parking lot. Also, the acoustics inside is terrible. The lobby is so noisy I cannot hear what the teller is saying. On the plus side, the teller I dealt with, Indira, was great. She was cordial and professional and did everything right.

**BUSINESS CUSTOMER** This has to be one of the WORST banks in Las Vegas. The ONLY reason why I have to visit this awful place is because I'm a business owner that does business here (UNFORTUNATELY). I've had more than a few not so pleasant incidents with the 'millennial' 'oh well whatever' type teller attitudes. Or, is it just the people in Las Vegas...?!? So, yesterday 1/3/17, I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 5:20PM. While waiting for my turn I had all of my deposits ready with banking slips. Finally, it's my turn, I drive up to the speaker and was greeted and some teller (who's name begins with a "M") I speak back and tell her ok, yeah just making a deposit...blah blah... I send the deposits through and wait...Minutes later, the same teller (with the "M" name) says over the speaker to "organize the checks..." (I'm thinking HUH?!?) what are you talking about...? I asked her (over the speaker) organize them how...? Now, keep in mind that I have VERY large deposits and I always have the checks neat and the deposit slips legible (former banker manager here.) She tells me how they want the checks to be "organized" and she sends my deposits back. Oh, I get it you just want me to make your job easier because it's almost 6PM and you don't want to deal with all of this right now. Oh ok. Got it. I sat it my vehicle for a few minutes to "organize" the checks what I thought was SIMPLER for her, and sent the deposits back. AGAIN, a different teller, (a woman) (name unknown) comes over the speaker (LOL) and gives me these crap excuses on why they failed to take the deposits. She goes the 'tellers need to have the checks organized'(THE CHECKS WERE STRIKE#1)...that the 'tellers don't want to get in trouble for putting the funds in the wrong account', (STRIKE#2 SAME DEPOSIT SLIPS SAME ACCOUNT IF THEY'D ACTUALLY PAID ATTENTION) and also she stated 'that I was missing two checks' (STRIKE #3 no I wasn't the details are on the deposits slips but yeah, ok. ) So, she send the deposit back asking me to RE-ORGANIZE it. LOLOL!!!! Um, no I will not, I got the deposit back, I just drove off and immediately and texted my co-owner what happened last night at the bank. So, I have to take time out of my day to start all over today 1/4/17 revisit this place oh and to make sure that I make the tellers job easier by "organizing the checks" to their liking. Pure laziness! I'm thankful I personally don't bank here.

This is the worst location. I've been a Wells Fargo customer over 16 years but would not recommend anyone to go to this branch. There's always a least 20 people waiting on line and nobody cares how long you've been waiting.

Banking at its finest! (sarcasm) Over all I was really really pleased with Wells Fargo. It came to be that after so many errors, One can only take so much. One fine after noon I logged into my convenient online banking, to see a substantial amount of NSF fees. I don't mind paying fees, where fees are due. I had already paid $975 in fees for the year. (I know I suck, I learned my lesson) Any way I paid them I tried to wheel and deal some of them off. After about 30 days of negotiating. I finally got a rep to off take of $35.00. She said that I have to call back as soon as my payment clears and she will gladly remove them. I called back and no one, I mean no one had any record of this conversation. I was so upset. I thought surely I would be SOL. After about 2 months of being in debt for $35.00, I finally decided to file a complaint with the CFPB and...... Walaaa they removed the fees. I just can't believe that they say "100% customer satisfaction." It is a lie.

This bank is horrible!!! The tellers NEVER count back cash even tho that is there job. I got to this bank for business and personal use because it is convenient. But the tellers do not pay attention. I have had 3 deposits entered with the wrong amounts. They have no sense of customer service. Just a bunch of young kids with no work ethic. If I could rate negative or 0 I would.
