This Walgreens is a joke. They tell you your prescription is ready but it is really just a partial amount and they charge you full price. We were at the drive thru and received the partial medication and gave it back immediately after we saw it was only 1/8 of what it should have been and promptly asked for a refund. It was windy and the receipt had blown away. The manager was rude, rolled her eyes and said she could reprint the receipt but refused because she was upset she had to walk over to address our refund.
She then walked away and proceeded to call the cops instead of just giving the refund. She made us wait over an hour and called the cops because we wouldn't move until they gave us the refund. They had our debit card and the medication that we refused. We finally got a refund but it wasn't from the crusty tired looking manager, it was the nice pharmacist that helped us in the end. No wonder they have one star on Yelp, their management and inconsistent prescription fulfillment is the worst ever l've seen or experienced.

HORRIBLE pharmacy!! Rude, and can never get my meds charged correctly. They told me on the phone everything was ready, then when I got there said "oh, it didn't go through insurance" said many hundreds of $! EVERY TIME is a hassle!!

As a former employee as a tech @ Walgreens I tried to stay committed to this Walgreens. I’ve also worked at this location.
Customer service has gone down the drain. By RPHS & Techs. As a tech of 15 years , I know how fast we can expedite 1 amoxil suspension. It had already been 1 hour of waiting and they refused to expedite my toddlers rx. It is upsetting because when i would work at this location they used to make 1rx waits and children’s rxs priority to expedite. Especially when when you have the child screaming and crying during the wait.
Pharmacy is supposed to be about the patients and their care. I just feel they don’t do well anymore. It’s sad.

Very horrible customer service, they hang up in your face, very unprofessional. Also delayed my prescription all day and then I call for them to tell me it won't be available until tomorrow.

If I could give minus 10 Stars I would the little Pharmacy tax that are making maybe 30 bucks an hour are stuck up and rude don't even know what they're doing have had my prescriptions messed up so many times at this place please do not waste your time with this Pharmacy they should just shut it down

Went in to add money to my Chime CC with no transaction fee plus get my shots for the winter (COVID, RSV, FLU, and Pneumonia) all at the same time and for under 30 minutes .

This pharmacy is a joke. Employees are rude. They are not sure what they are doing. Prescriptions are not always ready when they say it, even emergency medications. You call, and they said medication would be ready. The next day, going to pick up, they're not ready and start transferring different people to " fix" the problem, and they would be saying they are not sure why the last person said the medication would be ready. Total irresponsible to people waiting for their medication. Emergency medications, too. Beware of this place. My parents are having issues with this place. I am telling them to change pharmacy because this place is playing with people's health and lives.

Count your pills, they shorted me 6 prednisone pills on my taper!!! Luckily I had extra at home from a previous prescription!!!!

I pray that this is my first and last time I ever have to come here to pick up a prescription. I came here for my mother and my experience made me greatly appreciate the care and service given at CVS. The tech named Eunice was not only rude but chose to play semantics games when it comes to codes and express pickups. She is the definition of works in healthcare who lack CARE and should get another job. I will be helping my mom transfer her prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy Always has long lines expect to be there 20 to 30 minutes. I tried for a week to get my high blood pressure pills, they charged my insurance for 90 day supply and shorted me 30 pills and shorted me on my losartan 11 pills and when i called today idk the pharmacist name but he told me he would pass me to another tech and instead he sent me to the front of the store I told her my issue and she said to ask for the manager in pharmacy so i did she was very helpful so i called back to pharmacy and asked to speak to a manager and the lady that answered was the manager i explained to her what happened and she apologized and said that she would be there and for me to come in and she would give me the difference. The pharmacist name was Ariel she was very nice and helpful great customer service skills and very sweet.

I went to Walgreens on a Sunday evening at about 8pm because it is open 24 hours. The pharmacy had not yet received my script from the doctor, but a pharmacy staff member watched for it and filled it as soon as it came in. The pharmacy staff member was professional, pleasant and served me promptly.

If you depend on havii in by then need you need DO NOT ever go to this place. Take up yo 3 day to fill out medicine a d if they can't fill it they just cancel your medicine without notice
