My issues are: 1) The company promotes one can obtain up to 4 vaccinations permitted per appointment but the pharmacists deciding they can choose to limit to less. This number varies pharmacist to pharmacist within the same store. I was denied a third.2) As a national company I should be able to see all of my Walgreen vaccinations on the Walgreen website regardless of which store number I got them from. This isn't the case. You may say that isn't a store issue but the employees there have the capacity to have corporate initiate change to the consumers.

Very slow based on over ten visits. Less than 5 minutes from my house and not worth the drive. Suggest using another pharmacy if possible. Very flippant attitudes. Several times I was informed to come back over three hours later after waiting in line for over 30 minutes.

Walgreens on 565 E. CENTENNIAL parkway North Las Vegas NV...If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to see when I could pick my sons rx up and was informed because I don’t live within a 2 mile radius of the pharmacy that I could not use this pharmacy to pick up my sons controlled mediation…I was using a CVS which was very close to my home but if you read my other reviews on that CVS you will see I didn’t have the best experience there so choose to use another pharmacy. This Walgreens pharmacy is approx 5 miles from my home and I choose this Walgreens because after work it is the way I drive to pick my kids up from the babysitter and it’s in route heading home after picking them up. I think it’s ridiculous that I am being told I cannot use this pharmacy because I live further than 2 miles from this location..I understand there are strict rules when it comes to picking up controlled medications but this one is by far the most inconvenient and utterly ridiculous rule I have heard! I now have to contact my child’s doctor office to ask them to send to yet ANOTHER pharmacy (and because I work in a doctor office, and regardless that this medication is prescribed to a child still will look like pharmacy hopping on the PMP reports). Is it just Walgreens that has this “must live within 2 miles rule” to pick up a controlled medication? Or did they successfully make my life more difficult than what it already is?

Been with these guys and shopped at this location for approximately 6 years. This is where I get my meds. I'm not going to vent and drop the bomb and give them a one star. They been good to me through the years and I'm cool with some of the staff there. It's now so hard to get to a person in pharmacy. I get it. Its busy. It's always busy. I called for three hours today, and the phone just kept ringing.I wanted to see what happens when I called the Smith Pharmacy. When I called Smith. It went through an automated system just like Walgreen. And when I asked for customer service. They picked up on the third ring. It's time for me to change it up.

Came to this pharmacy after my son's doctor sent it to the wrong location. We got there a bit early before they opened and once they were ready for us, we were the first ones in line. My poor son was in so much pain due to his ear infection and he was already desperate to gain some relief. The young lady, Courtney was very empathetic and was able to find some medication for my son. With such high sickness going around she said they didn't have the whole prescription available, but she would at least offer what she did have realizing how bad he was hurting. We were so thankful, especially my son because at least he sensed some relief. She even mentioned if they were able to get more she would call me. Definitely couldn't thank Courtney enough!

I was trying to get my flu shot.I am an elderly person who had a spouse sick at home.I have a caregiver able to stay with him a limited amount of time.I can not afford to get ill nor can I afford to get my husband ill. After waiting 45 minutes I tried to get someone to just tell me how much longer the wait might be.No one could help me and despite the time I waited,I had to leave unassisted and unvaccinated. Things have really changed since the former pharmacist left this store. How very disappointing.

Had to pick up a medication that was sent to the wrong place (cvs) the girl behind the counter was so kind and switched it over and had it ready within 30 minutes! She let me know she would call us when it was ready, and she did. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

These people working in the pharmacy are the most rude and heartless people ever. The excuse "we're understaffed is their response to their poor customer service. I dread going here. The pharmacist has such a nasty attitude and those technicians! I suggest finding a other pharmacy and save yourself the stress.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to,every person there will tell you a different story, about when you can get your medicine. They are going to kill someone, someday. They are very rude , and have no idea what they are doing.i could go on and on, about the pharmacy on 5# and centennial
