Wow... I've been all around Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson & Summerlin looking to find a great nail spa that is 5/5!! This place was definitely not it. When you walk in, you can almost feel the judges from the workers.
Came in wanting a nice relaxing pedicure and 3 minutes in & I knew that wasn't going to happen. This spa is loud... the 1st two chairs, customers were sharing personal family trauma and parenting advice with their nail tech.
The rest of the workers were having equally as loud conversations with their clients. The workers collectively looked up at customers who were walking in. One would say something not in English, and the rest would laugh before anyone greeted the customers.
My nail techs name was Danny, and he's really rough with how he completes his pedicures. I'm sure I have a bruise on my heels.
All in all, I won't be back. 0/10

Bao is amazing! My nails always look perfect and I come in regularly with new requests for him. He never fails to meet my expectations! I've also had my nails done by Danny and I've watched the other technicians when I'm getting my nails done and all I see is high quality work with satisfied customers. I can only assume the bad reviews are old or by really ridiculous clients who are likely never happy. I've been coming here since 2023 and have never had a bad experience. The staff are pleasant and courteous and very attentive.

My nail tech was very friendly but sloppy.. Got acrylic fills and left with tons of acrylic all over, also did not file sides well, left rough sides and asked for soft square multiple times and left with sharp corners. Also, did not get polish all the way to edges.

I had a horrible experience with Ryan, he did my nails extremely wrong and because it was late and he tried to fix them twice already I let him finish and dealt with them until the next day two nails broke because the nail was extremely thin and long , he did not want to cut them down. So when I went in to get them fixed, he was completely nasty snatching my hand pushing it away rolling his eyes!!! I was so upset but I did not get out of character. I did not tip him after he fixed my nails and was shaking his head and saying rude stuff. DO NOT GO TO RYAN HE IS NOT A GOOD NAIL TECH!!!! VIVI NAILS IS A GREAT PLACE BUT RYAN IS NOT A GREAT PERSON

I’ve been a regular at VIVI Nail Salon since I moved nearby in November of last year, and I can't say enough good things about this place! B
Whether I’m getting a gel pedicure, a gel manicure, or an acrylic nail set, the quality of their work is always top-notch. Bao, in particular, is amazing. He takes great care in his work and ensures every detail is perfect. The customer service here is also outstanding – they always make me feel welcome and valued.
If you’re looking for a salon that combines skill, care, and a friendly atmosphere, VIVI Nail Salon is the place to go. Highly recommended!

the guy who did my pedicure was way to fast and rough my feet hurt! do not go to this place. For 60$ I could of done it myself.

Vivi is AMAZING! I’ve been her customer for years. She always knows just what to do with my nails. From natural look to a party look.
Requested style: Simple elegant.
Cleanliness: Very clean.

They charge for extra services they don't even tell you ahead of time. The work is sloppy and they expect you to pay without even acknowledging that after you complained. Kinda like some of the techs, disappointed that they want to tack on additional services .

I’ve come here twice, and didn’t have a problem until recently. The nail technician who did my pedicure didn’t want to do the French tip when I asked her. She said my nail was too small.
So she ended up doing just white. No gel.
She didn’t clean the cuticle, shape my nails, or clean them how they usually do.
When she painted them she left them runny, so the paint was smearing off on the skin.
When I told her if she can shape them and re paint them, she asked me what was wrong with them. I’m like ugh you can just look at them and you can see exactly what’s wrong. She said “ you should’ve told me earlier you didn’t like them”
So at this point I felt bad. But they were just so bad. She told me to wait that she’ll fix them. It took her 20 minutes because she had already started another client. She hurt one of my nails , she filed really hard trying to shape it. It’s honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my toes done anywhere. I will not be coming back.

Got a pedicure from Jessica who insisted I had an ingrown toenail (news to me). She proceeded to use cuticle cutters to cut my nail into the nail bed, and pulled it backwards... like pulling backwards on a hang nail. I repeatedly asked her to stop, to witch she advised "I needed it" and continued. Two days later, I now have an infected toe. I promise Jessica, I DIDN'T "need it". Never again...
