We went to the Dorrell Lane branch. For 3 and a half hours or more we were trying to switch from AT&T to Verizon and the girl Denise I don't know whether she wasn't trained properly or what but we left there with our phones still locked so we had to go to the corporate Verizon on Craig Road and within 1520 minutes we were out there with working phones, I was instructed by Customer Service to physically go to the Verizon store on Dorrell Lane to get our in-store fee of $45 refunded because that customer service was the worst I've ever experienced so I drive all the way to the store and spoke to the same girl Denise who told me also that I had to go down there with the credit card I I arrived and she gets on the phone with her manager and comes back and tells me that she can't do the refund without him there and he won't be there until Friday four days from now. somebody should've told her when they were training her. In fact, somebody should still be training her because that was the worst Customer Service I've ever had in my life and now I still have to go back to get my money refunded. Ridiculous! The company needs to train their sales people way more than they do!!

Thanks so much to Mika E and Angel. They were both so friendly and took the time to help my Dad get a new phone. They got us a great deal and our family plan cost won’t change.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone who appreciates great customer service. It’s hard to find these days and these guys are slaying it!

The young woman I worked with was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions about my new phone. She even helped me get my screen protector, and case on. I believe her name was Christine, she was shorter with long black hair. The customer service at this store is outstanding!

The Victria Verizon store is a smaller store. The customer flow is hit or miss. With the patternt of when the stores peak is, there should be more knowledgeable employees like Kristen in the store. She is great. Everything I go to to the store, I always hope she is there to assist me with my service needs. The customer service is always great with her when at the store. Please treat her well so she sticks around!

I had scheduled an appointment at 8am over the phone for 1pm appointment at the physical store. When I arrived to the store, there was a sign on the window saying “On break back at 1:30” . I scheduled a 1pm time window because it is the only time in the day that I had time to get this done. Don’t need Verizon playing in my face with my time. Don’t go on breaks around scheduled appointments.

I am so sorry I can’t remember her name, but we visited the store in N. Las Vegas on 5th street. She was the sweetest young lady and very knowledgeable.We were in the store at 11 AM on 11-27-23. If you hired more like her I would recommend all my friends. Thank you and have a Merry Christmas
