Edith Vargas was the absolute worst. We came there to potentially move our business lines over from T-Mobile, but we still had to see if we were able to pay off our phones in order to switch service over. We never confirmed and was still sent a bill, I called multiples and emailed her with zero responses. We finally went into the store and she was extremely rude. She kept interrupting my partner, rather than trying to hear us out and do what she could to rectify the situation. I will no longer be switching over to Verizon because of her and I will be calling corporate to get this fixed. Extremely disappointed with her lack of customer service. We feel scammed and taken advantage of. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t bother working with Edith, I recommend anyone else.

I will say that they have great service. When they are trying to sell you an item, they will promise you a bunch of stuff that they're not real sure on. We were promised a TV or an iPad or a watch with upgrades of phones went back into trade in our old phones and they said the deal was not good and they could do nothing to fix it, so just be careful. On what they promise you because they will tell you a lot of different things.Just to get you to buy a new phone

Stanley and Manager scammed my Mom. She went in to get a iphone and didn't tell her the one she wanted was out of stock and just gave her something. Shame on them! This has become a big issue to deal with now

We needed help with two accounts, I’m from out of town and my mother is in North Las Vegas. Tyler assisted us with both of our accounts, His knowledge of all the products and instructions on how to set up and use everything was incredible. I’ve lead a lot of teams during my career, Tyler is a great asset for Verizon and any franchise who needs a dedicated team member!

Excellent service for my senior mom (age 75)!
She was hesitant to upgrade her iphone8 but Alejandra helped her through it with patience and kindness. Tyler the manager was awesome as well, he was nearby for any assistance and support.
After about 2 hours, we moved her service from another provider, two new devices, and a new plan.
We arrived at 9:30am on a Thursday and it got somewhat busy towards lunch so early morning is ideal to come to this busy store.
Best customer service!

I am a new Verizon customer and unfortunately all four of my phones were stolen during shipping. Verizon customer service requested I take the boxes to a company store to have an employee verify that the phones were missing and to modify the ticket. Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by Rosa and Seth. They explained to me that they are not able to modify tickets generated at customer support. Confused, I began to leave, but Rosa stopped me and said that she would be willing to call into customer service with me and verify the information that they were requesting. She sat down with me and we called in together and got everything they needed for the ticket squared away. She also was able to leave a note on the ticket backing up what we talked about on the call. I am still working with customer support to resolve everything, but I really wanted to shoutout this store’s employees and thank them again for their help!

I came in completely frustrated with my Verizon experience. I've been waiting on a credit for a returned device for months. Stanley was very patient, pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Even better, he was able to get my issue resolved!
While he was assisting me, Seth was providing equally exceptional service to another customer with a similar situation.
You guys restored my confidence in great customer service!
