Came here at 6pm to return a trade in phone. They close at 7pm. The guy working, Jorge (taped glasses) said I had to go to a retail store to return my trade in. I could tell he wanted to leave work since it was the last hour. I asked if was going to pull up my account. He said no, so I went next door for 15 mins. By the time I came out the store was closed 15/20 mins before 7pm.

I had came to the store November 3rd expecting to fix my phone, Jorge was the only employee in the store at the time the minute i explained to him i wanted to fix my phone he immediately shut me out and said “we don’t fix phones in stores”. I kept calm and went on and asked if it was possible if i could upgrade, as we’re talking and going through the process i was not told or explained anything at all about my bill until I had to ask him…as we proceed he gets a phone call from someone and answers on speaker phone and personally it did not sound like a business call… after yes he did apologize but it’s the fact that the phone call was answered and it was not work related. Basically i get my new phone and he starts setting it up for me, does not explain anything about my old phone if i need to return it to verizon. Jorge is telling me that i can keep my old phone and do whatever i would like to do with it, this entire interaction i am so confused about my purchase and i am not given direction, instead i am being talked to about his life, of course i am speaking back to not be disrespectful but it got to a point where by the time my phone was being done set up he told us we were finished with the process so I did leave. Two weeks later i get a text from Verizon to not forget to return my old device, I am so confused at this point because i feel like Jorge did not finish his job and was worried about selling a phone. I go back to the store and Alex helps me, to return my phone i need a shipping label, Alex tries and tries and tries and eventually tells me he cannot provide it for me. At this point i am angry with this entire store because they have the worst employees and they have no clue what they are doing for their job. I demanded a return slip and got angry and Alex finally found a solution to get me one. I simply said “That’s all it took?” he said “yes” I said “wow so simple”. This store is horrible and their employees are even worse.

Love the energy in this store. Alex, Jovanni and irish are the best. Always have a great attitude & greate vibe. Let alone always have a smile. They are very well trained to explain any cellphone troubles. Definitely y’all should stop by here for any upgrades. Recommend 100%

Would give a 5 stars but had no way of charging a phone wirelessly unless u buy product first. They have none out for customers to use and try. A employee bough a wireless charger so I can use it.I can’t authenticate my number on phone or its dead and can only charge wireless

Felipe is AWESOME! Best customer service I’ve ever received. I don’t usually leave google reviews but I had to for Felipe. He did his best to assist me when my suddenly stopped working and he was able to solve my problem. I appreciate his help a lot. If you come to this location make sure to ask for him!

Susan was very professional and hard working lady. Also very patient and answered all questions we had at the store. I’m pleased with all her attention he had given us. I left happy and I’m planning to come back to this place. Thanks Verizon for such smart girl you have at the desk.

Completely horrible service! Sat for over 1 hour waiting for service. There was only 2 people in the store. Slowest staff members I’ve ever witnessed!

Please close this location. Quality control is out the window. 6pm, they close at 7pm. Told to come back because there is 1 customer ahead of me. I don't blame the employees, I blame management that doesn't lead by example.
