Mike was extremely professional, I went in to get help for vape I had bought at another place. Needed new juice and some coils. He explained a lot to me and helped me out. Will now go here instead of Pink spot. cheers mate.

Normally the service is good, and the people are nice, but this is the second time I have bought coils from them when I have told them the specific tank I need them for and the gave me the wrong one. To top it off the previous correct purchase which was on file that the employee saw to confirm the wattage and still gave me the wrong pack. As an over the road trucker, it's really irritating to find out when you are two states over and need to change your coil.

Just walked out of the shop and had a great experience! I ended up getting the SMOK Nord kit and some juices. Omar was extremely enjoyable, helpful, and insightful. I'll definitely be back!

Nice shop in a shopping area I go to a lot. The price for the e-juice I got was a little higher than I usually pay but the gentleman at the store was very nice and when he noticed I was looking at something in the case by the door on my way out he came down to tell me about it, take it out of the case and out of the box so I could really see it. I will visit here again.

Omar was such a great help, i walked in not knowing what i wanted but had an idea and he completely walked me through all of them and helped me make a choice. not only was he super helpful, he was knowledgeable about the vapes. thank you again!

They sell 120 mL bottles of juice for $45. Not much more I need to say. These people should be ashamed of themselves.Reply-Had I stayed longer? Sorry. Why stay to support a company that sells bottles for 5x what they buy them for? I asked specifically if $45 was the going rate for 120s and was told "pretty much". Fact is, every bottle in your store can be purchased online for half the price. You know it. I know it. Fortunately for you, your customers don't.

Awesome customer service. Great quality products. I'm new to vaping. The sales lady was very patient, and professional. Answered all my questions. I was gonna ask her out for coffee, but that would have been out of line.

For a vape shop that's strictly for vaping, they have a very limited selection of flavors and brands. I do use Salt Nic, however one would think with a name like Vapeco they would have a better selection. The staff was ok, not very friendly, seemed more irritated than friendly. For sure would not be the place I regularly go to. But it works if your in a pinch and have no other option.

They offer plenty of options and the staff is fantastic. They are super helpful and very friendly so even if you have never been there before you feel at home as soon as you walk in. If your new to vaping they will help you find the perfect mod to fit you and your needs or if your just looking for a new flavor juice they always make great suggestions based off what I typically like. As far as the store it’s self, it is always clean and the rewards program is bomb.
