Although they didn't have what I needed the store was in good shape for the area it is located in. The man working the counter wasn't very helpful and could've made a much better effort to assist me. I had to come back twice for help and I was told if there are any it would be this aisle or that aisle ?. Finally I went to the back counter where the manager, maybe the auditor, was now situated. Mind you, I searched up and down both aisles 4 times. I asked him for help as he was the only willing person, and he was willing to listen to me and assist. I heard him say that he goes around to all the stores and wasn't sure if they had what I needed but would make an effort to get it in stock there. Shame on the other 2 men working there that wouldn't assist me. I will go to the Trop store today and get what I need. I was shocked at the deplorable condition of that neighborhood area. It has really gone downhill. Whoever owns this one, might want to put their employees in check!

Ace hardware is the best place for you if you want or need help when you go to the hardware store. Home Depot and Lowe's can't match the service.
