From Atl Ga please tell the post master general that Every lazy staff member @ 4904 Camino Al Norte North Las Vegas location should be fired . Not surprised to see the 1 star ratings across Google. Just received tracking notification that my son’s birthday package (which was already a day late) is being held @ this lazy ofc per “the customer’s request” which is an absolute lie and these practices should be illegal. He didn’t even know this package was on the way to him plus he’s a serviceman whose time is very valuable so NEITHER of us us requested the package be held. This was the doing of the lazy corrupt mail carrier and/or this location’s staff. Plus it’s absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone to call out this bogus pickup request and have it actually delivered as it was intended to be!!! Shame on the carrier of this route, immediate supervisors, post master and anyone else collaborating with such crooked lazy practices!

don’t go unless you’re stuck picking up something here. Long lines sardined out the door. No direction if you’ve never been. The people who accept the system are either barnacled to their phones on full blast or speaker because the line is a 2hour+ wait if it’s to the door. (Which it always is).If you want to save your time and energy and need to ship anything I suggest the FAMILY OWNED UPS that just opened at 1527 W Craig Rd. I was greeted and helped instantly. They helped pick the right size box out because I had a lot of odd shapes and fragile things. They bubble wrapped for me and boxed it up and shipped it. I was there for less than 10 minutes. They also offer real mail boxes there.

Terrible service. 1hour just to pick up a letter just one agent appointed to this blue door line. Another customer elderly gentleman stood in the regular line which was 20mins long 4 agents got to the front and was turned away bc he stood in the wrong line(signage can be better esp at 8;21am before post office even opens). They don't respect anyone's time. My mail delivery lady stated that my letter was unavailable to be delivered at home bc no one was home for signature which was a lie bc no one rang the door bell and no one on my cameras . Also you guys are over staffed, there's no reason for you folks to not be able to put boxes and mail in pick up boxes for your customers to pick up( leave a key in their post box) Instead of waiting in unbelievable long lines . Look over all these reviews, nothing has changed . Come on El Camino post office you all can do better .

This post office truly is the epitome of garbage. The self service kiosk rarely works which leads to standing in line for FAR TOO long only to deal with employees with poor attitudes. No signs designating holidays which lead to about 30 of us standing in the post office for nearly an hour for no reason. Employees were there, but no one could bother to come out and tell us they weren't open. It must be nice to have so many paid holidays and good job security but not really do much of anything. Let's not get into the terrible delivery folks that cram my mail into my mail box so tightly that I have to often cut my packages open INSIDE of my mailbox just to get them out. This place sucks. The employees suck. When are we going to reform this outdated cess pool?

Dennis and his team provided personal, thorough assistance once I was up to the counter. I am appreciative of their hours and of the workers who come to work each day. This is a busy post office and I think it could use some more help as there is usually a line; but, once you get to your turn you get great service. Thanks for being there for us! Grateful repeat community patron.

The post office has never made sense. They are paid by the government but run a horrible shop. They don’t try. They don’t flex. I stood in line for 40 minutes to pickup a package. It’s the last time I’m not home to sign again. Ridiculous. This needs oversight.

Staff is polite enough but the line is always wrapped around the inside of the building. It takes at least an hour to pick up your mail and months to access a mail box key.. so all of your zip code is stuck coming in to pick up mail.It's terrible that the employees and customers are put into this situation.

I set a passport appointment a month ago. Finally the day comes I forget to print the application… (my fault) but nowhere does it say on the website or any policy I could find anywhere that I can’t fill out the application onsite. This guy comes out 10 minutes late. He tells me we don’t do that here and gives me walk in hours. I told him I waited a month for this appointment. He acted like this is some sort of policy which by all my research it is not. Just someone abusing the smallest amount of authority and getting off on telling someone no. Customer service is trash. The supervisor offered me a spot for the next day which is nice and all but still not a policy.

The workers here deserve mad props! I called the 1 800 number left my concern and an email came thar said 1-3 business days I was going to hear back! Now I just moved a month ago, and so I'm new to everything. Go to the post office find my mailbox, but come to find out key doesn't work! Went back to the post office. They got everything handled told me new key should be ready but I need to pick up my mail in person for a while, I was ok with that! 3 hours later I hear a knock at my door and the delivery driver had extra keys and showed me to where my actual box was! Making my experience the best! If you work here stay awesome!

Avoid this post office the customer service is ridiculous. We tried to mail out some envelopes for our business and they were all prepared for postage because we were unsure how much postage was needed. After a few envelopes they turned us away because we were holding up the line! Isn’t this the post office sole purpose for existing? I can’t sell you postage if its too inconvenient for me or too much work please come back when you have done my job and it’s easier for the lazy cashier!

100 Stars for Lanae!!! She has helped me with everything from me getting my new passport, to my keys to my mailbox changed. Lanae knows how to do everything. She is "not" a robot, she treats you like a human and helps you get things done fast. Very smart lady.

I believe one of my packages was lost. Every time I come in for help there’s at least 40-50 people in line. I can’t afford to wait 2 hours out of my day to talk to some one. I check multiple times a day too. Please hire more staff, this is a real issue.Update, the post office put my package in a parcel locker and gave the key to someone else. My package was stolen due to their incompetence. Filing a police report.

Put in key request on 4/28/23 since I’ve recently moved in the area. I Was originally told 4-6 weeks for keys. 6 weeks came then it became a 6-8 week wait for keys. It’s 7/10/23. Still no keys. Having to come and wait in the cashless line has always been a minimum 30 minute wait time on occasion they would put my Mail in the mailbox that I had no access too so the trip to the post office would be a complete waste of time.

I am at in total disbelief! Is this what the post office has come to?I live in the 89032 area and my mail man is not very friendly and is almost rude!This is the 3rd time my pkg was "delivered to my mailbox" only it wasn't! I am so thankful for good neighbors for being honest enough to return the pkgs. I think the mail carrier couldn't care less. I went to the PO to file report but after a week....nothing!The carrier said the company will most likely take care of the lost or stolen merchandise so in general.....THEY GET AWAY WITH LOSING AND MISS PLACING OUR MAIL AND PACKAGES!This use to be a highly respectable job now I'm not so sure.
