Mailbox is broken so I am forced to come wait in line for an hour to get my mail. Why are there not more people working here? Horrible!

2 months now of their self service kiosk not accepting QR print outs . Get it together. No one wants to wait in your line that goes out the door everyday.

Business as usual here. Only one employee assisting those picking up packages (mail pickup notice). I’ve been in line since 0916 and it’s now 1105 and there are still seven people ahead of me and around 20 behind me. I would give a negative zero but reviews haven’t changed a thing in this location for more than a decade. I loathe coming here for pickup. There are 4-5 employees helping those not waiting for pickup. Postal workers all day long, getting paid while we stand in line for more than +2 hrs. We didn’t have anything better to do anyways.
1106: Six people ahead of me now
1111: Over two hours in this line and now four ahead of me
1115: This country is dysfunctional, scraping by. Three ahead of me now.
1116- one ahead
1121: I’m next
What a shame

HORRIBLE post office. Lines are always super long! The lady that works in the “mail pick up/ key pick up” line is ALWAYS in a bad mood and RUDE, worst costumer service ever. This is the second time there waiting in line for at least 2 hours with my issue being unresolved.

This is literally the worst post office in the world. I feel bad for whoever lives on this side of town. Literally have been waiting for a mail box key for over 3 months.

The kiosk is supposed to be available 24/7 for a convenient self-help option. Which is convenient when the post office is closed or to simply avoid an extremely long line to counter. I've encountered an ongoing problem where the machine for the QR codes option is not working. This happens after AND when the post office is open and when it's closed. When I ask a clerk on when it may become available, I always get the same response "idk!". Could they ask someone that MAY be able to provide more information?! Like, "It's down over the weekend. It'll be back up in a few hours. There's been several time that over the weekend (including when they are open on Saturday) that I've had to ship orders several times, and the machine is down for DAYS! I even asked an USPS employee that was standing by the entrance to "help" customers if all the self-help machines were down at all locations and he shrugged me off and said "I don't really know about that". Once again, isn't it a normal protocol to find SOMEONE else that could possibly know??!! UGH. Very frustrated. UPSP.....Do Better!

My experience has been ridiculous. I have had to go to the post office multiple times when a substitute postman marked my house as vacant which it wasn't. I have been picking up my mail regularly. I went to the post office to.pick up my package and tell them that the substitute postman blantly lied and left a note saying I haven't picked up my mail since 4/4. They told me it was a mistake and the postman had my package. I went two days later as I have not received it. They said they didn't know where it was. They said they will find it and call me back. Two days later talk went back again and talked with a supervisor wanting them to mark the package as missing so I can get it resent and log a formal complaint. Supervisor said I had yo go online and log a missing reoort before he can look into it. I said wanted to log a complaint on the substitute postman who lied and apparently lost my package. The supervisor said he will talk with him. This is ridiculous they don't have my package mark it missing instead I have to jump through all of these hoops.

Years of frustration.....many complaints sent to postmaster regarding lost packages ...no counter help, long lines, self service machine down a lot....just plain poor management. A clear indicator of why post office is always broke

We've lived in Las Vegas since November 1979. We've lived at four different addresses. The post office at 4904 Camino Al Norte in North Las Vegas has the worst mail carriers in the entire valley. My wife and I get our medications through the mail and at least once a month we have to track down our meds. I don't know if our mail carrier is just plain stupid, can't read, or what but he/she sure can't tell addresses apart.

By far the worst post office I've had to deal with. Been trying to pickup a package for the past coupel days and everytime you go in there is a line with at least 20 people and it doesn't move for 20-30min at a time because there's one window and they take forever to process one package. USPS really need to do better at this location

There is always a line out the door for mail/key/customer service. There is only one person working this window and it takes at least 5 minutes per person. This place needs a better system and more people helping

We haven't gotten mail on 6 days
This has to be taken care of now because we will take it to the newspaper. We're sick of your service. They always deliver packages to wrong addresses. It's like they can’t read. We better get our mail today or expect the newspaper to make a visit.
