Mailbox is broken so I am forced to come wait in line for an hour to get my mail. Why are there not more people working here? Horrible!

2 months now of their self service kiosk not accepting QR print outs . Get it together. No one wants to wait in your line that goes out the door everyday.

HORRIBLE post office. Lines are always super long! The lady that works in the “mail pick up/ key pick up” line is ALWAYS in a bad mood and RUDE, worst costumer service ever. This is the second time there waiting in line for at least 2 hours with my issue being unresolved.
