I love this UPS store every time I come in the staff is friendly and greet you as you come in. I have low vision and the staff are so polite when I take a bit longer than I should. ❤

DO NOT!!! do TikTok returns here. The app says to bring in your unboxed items. is a lie. The guy at the counter says you have to pay for a box to ship it. Dont know if its a scam, so the store makes money. I wont be going back. Now I see why the stars rating so low at this store

The “owner” Nor is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. He wouldn’t give me his name and when I asked for his manager’s name he said he is the manager and he owns the store. I told him he has to give me his name then. I was returning items from TikTok shop and the directions said to bring them unboxed and unlabeled and he was trying to charge me for a box and kept arguing with me and told me to leave if I’m not happy with the service and he wasn’t going to keep arguing with me. He’s very unprofessional and horrible customer service. This UPS should be closed due to his verbal abuse he’s shown not only me but others as well! He kept the one box of one of the items “because it’s not a product box” and I told him it is it came in another shipping box and he actually was supposed to give me back that box. He doesn’t follow procedures and I’m very upset with how I was treated and belittled and verbally abused!

I walked in and there was one person in front of me, I know some 3rd parties also do postal and I asked about flat rate and he was no that’s the postal service. I said that’s fine and started to hand the papers I needed sent and he looked over me and said next.

Rude!!! Bad customer service. I go to return 2 Amazon items. “Both are no box no label”One item I was told was too big so I brought my own box. The lady taped them small item being returned but she told me I need to buy tape!!! Are you really serious?! You can’t try to nickel and dime anyone like that. I just go to a different UPS store because doing shady business like that is unacceptable

Man that has been mainly working here for the last 6 months has no patience, courtesy and just overall a sense of good customer service. I use to come here all the time until I saw him arguing with a customer. Ever since then I would drive extra to go to another branch. He is rude and won't wait for you to pull up your label on the phone. He moves on to another customer and then another and another. He does it to everybody. Instead of just being patient and waiting a few couple seconds, he will just move on to the next without a word and keep you waiting. You don't feel valued as a customer. This is a wrong field for him to work in. He doesn't understand people.

Overall I love this ups. The guy is always so friendly!! The only problem is "Sapinatal." I've seen multiple times coming in with multiple different people, she sits there and laughs at your questions and makes funny little smirks and remarks. She sure knows how to make people feel literally uncomfortable! Like if your unhappy or don't like your job don't take it out on all the people coming in for services like we are dumb for asking. Ups deserve a better front face!! Smh. Do better!!

Lied and said that they called me about my delivery. Never happened because I did not receive a voicemail. They double charge me for shipping from a retailer That delivered it to the UPS store

Came here at 2:45 PM on a Sunday they have on Sundays and on Google maps. Is it open till 3 PM. The doors were locked and it was dark inside.
