I just wanted to tell you that I have PTSD very very bad and I have a hard time with things and I clam up but Selena went above and beyond to help and did not make me fell bad about it! I am so grateful for her patience and kindness!

I've had a box here for many years now. I've seen quite a few employees filter through this place. Selena is by far the best of them. She's been there since I opened my box. I don't know that I've ever seen her with a frown. She's great at explaining things when I've stood and watched her interact with people. The other women who joined the team have grown on me too. I walk to my box, grab my slips showing my packages, and when I make it around the corner, they're standing there holding my packages. Love these ladies service. In fact I'll see you tomorrow

I'm giving the service to Selena. 5 stars for her help. I forgot to add-on insurance I. Already had walked out. The store came back in. She help me agian explained everything to me. Just fine, great customer service.

Terrible service, it's the first time I've used it and it's terrible, they sent a package that they told me would arrive in 3 days, I paid for it and it arrived in a week and a half ?? it's not worth what you pay and you can't talk to anyone to demand your package on time the worst in messaging I will not send with UPS again

Ms. Selena was a wonderful helper today, we had a problem with our TV and shipping it back. Today with Ms. Selena we had to do plenty of measurements, taping and re-taping, but while that was all happening Ms. Selena stayed focus and worked with us, doing it whatever she had to do to make sure we got our TV shipped back to the company. While we were working everything out, Ms. Selena started to understand our problem and everything became easier and easier along the way. So to finish off this long letter, I would like to say that Ms. Selena and her other associates that helped with our TV situation were the best helpers we've ever had while being at UPS. And we had a very fun and simple time. Thank you. ? ?
