The first guy who checked me in was amazing but unfortunately when I returned the vehicle Jason was rude and had a bad attitude towards me and his co worker. I accidentally parked when they usually sit instead of under the canopy and Jason said “ did you read the sign because if you did you would know it says to park under the canopy” in a rude tone and walked away immediately so he was saying it to be rude and snarky not helpful. Another occurrence He said he needed to go in the front seat that his co worker was in so the co worker went to move and hand him the key and Jason said “no I don’t need the key I need you to move” in a rude tone and the other worker idk if he was new or what but Jason shouldn’t be talking to you like that. Also when the other worker asked Jason if the U-Haul was empty Jason said “idk n**** check” also Jason knew it was empty because he lifted the gate up he just wanted to be rude once again. Even the other worker went around to check and said “come on man you could’ve just told me it was empty”. It’s one thing to have a bad day but don’t take it out on other people and If you don’t like your job don’t do it.

This review is for the Uhaul on 280 deer springs rd, North Las Vegas. Since apparently the BBB and Yelp have no record of this address it has been difficult to leave a review. I went to this location the other day to get a pick up. Unfortunately, they were all out. The lady at the counter and her manager suggested a van. I looked at the pricing guide and noticed the 10 ft was the same price. I said what about the 10 ft? She said yeah we have a 10 ft. As an alternative it seemed resonable. The sign says they both cost 19.75. I had no other reason to think they would cost different prices. As it turns out they cost very different prices. It turns out it costs twice as much as I was expecting. Because of a pr mile charge, that varies, what I paid was 1.09 pr mile, instead of what the pickup pr mile rate is at.89 cents. Which is high enough considering the rate hike in the last year, from 50 cents pr mile. Inflation does not account for this cost difference. At no point did anyone attempt to explain the price difference. They also charged me for insurance, even though I had expressed my desire not to acquire their insurance. Somewhat more disconcerting, after recieving a higher bill than expected, I added up the miles google was showing as my trip distance, and they were no where near the miles billed. When asked about these concerns I was simply told, it's not our fault. How absurd to think they could charge you for things you said you didn't want, charge you for miles you didn't drive, make you believe you were receiving an available vehicle at the rate for the vehicle you wanted , and then say it's not our fault.

Never had a problem renting a truck from this location. I need a truck occasionally for work, and this is my go-to location.

I co.e to access my storage unit at 8:45pm pm and the doors are locked. I was told I could access it up until 10pm. I pay my monthly rent and can't even get to my stuff.
