Is it common practice for your buses to block prime customer parking right at business entrances?Bus #291 blocked handicapped parking for almost an hour on December 4th in Saint George Utah.

Restrooms in the bus didn't work. My child is mortified from ever using a bus again. Will never recommend or ever us this company again.

Our school has been taking our 8 th graders to Knotts Berry Farm for years and we have never had a good experience with the bus companies until this year. Tourcoach provided us with a top notch state of the art bus and one of the nicest and most polite bus drivers I have met. Hawaiian Tom was funny, polite, & always on time. Thank you Tom for a great experience. The only minor complaint I have is that the outlets under each set of seats were not working.
