Dropped off a Yamaha synth with them since they are 1 of 2 approved Yamaha service providers in July of 2022. Didn't get it back until August 2023.I get that there are supply shortages for computer parts and RMA processes have slowed down. That timeline still demonstrates to me horrible follow-through, organization, and massive issues with their repair processes. Whats even worse is throughout that time not ONCE did they ever reach out to me over phone or email to provide an update. I had to reach out to them. They had plenty of excuses to offer when I called them for followups, and at one point from Nov-Jan they just straight up turned off their phone service and didn't accept calls.Only after threatening legal action did all of a sudden the synth get fixed and ready for me to pickup within 2 weeks. If you need service for a Yamaha device I would recommend the other available service provider in town, even through their bench fee is more expensive.

I called in because I have some music equipment that I know nothing about. They were amazingly helpful even though I was asking about something they don't do(buy equipment). They gave me great info and advice! If I ever needed something repaired, I would go there!!!! Thank you!

Really the only game in town to fixing gear. Unfortunately my machine had a discontinued part and not their fault. Highly recommended. Real gear heads

The techs are knowledgeable and the customer care is attentive and personal. Thermal Relief has done work for me ranging from major audio consoles to amplifier repair with dependable high quality service. I could not imagine Vegas without them.

Absolutely professional. When I stopped in they were working on repairing the biggest focusrite board ever made that was the board used to record the Lion King. They also had all of The Killers and Imagine Dragons tour gear that they were preparing amongst Neve and other consoles. Had Herb Hubert board they were repairing. I brought in my fender amp, just a small humble fix. They tested the tubes and Tim took me back with him showing me the readings of every tube, showed that one was bad and what to look for in signs of going bad. I bought the single tube off of them and my amp is back in business. They made time for me, a regular Joe who just stopped in and treated me great. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

These guys are a bunch of arrogant, lazy creeps. I drove 30 minutes on my day off, a Monday, to get to the shop. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said they were closed. That is likely why their turn around time is almost 2 months! Probably a bunch of stoned, drunk alcoholics who can't get to work .
